MHM – Pioneers in Texti lePrinting Equipment.Since its founding in 1980, the Austrian based MHM Compa-ny has adopted an innovative approach to establish itself as a leading global specialist in Screen Printing Equipment for Textiles.A sound corporate strategy has been established to meet the requirements of international markets, known as the most innovative producer, originally implemented by founder Mr. Herbert Mayrhofer and continued by the current management team including L`fficiency Holding – also owner of Tesoma Dryer GmbH – and Thomas Fröhlich of MHM Austria, providing a superb foundation for the company’s future growth and success.

Exceptional production knowledge and attention to detail is what helps MHM guarantee consistent high-quality products. At our facility in Erl, Austria, seasoned professionals deploy cutting-edge technology and equipment to manufacture over 90% of the mechanical parts. In addition, we also develop and manufacture all electronic components and controls inhouse, resulting in tried and tested Screen Printing Machines which have proven their worth on a global scale through exceptional production results, reliability and optimized user-friendliness.

MHM has a team of around 75 dedicated employees at its Austrian headquarters with diverse expertise across the board when it comes to textile printing technology. Together they consistently produce revolutionary designs, widely acclaimed by other experts, whilst conducting specific requirements imposed by day-to-day operations. You profit from our innovations – The automatic screen positioning of the MHM Synchroprint 5000 machine is a perfect example. Changing the motif an average of three times daily with conventional machines usually means 75 minutes of set-up time, equating to 300 annual production hours. The Synchroprint 5000 slashes this figure to a mere 25 hours/year at most, while an hourly print capacity of 600 sheets equates to additional annual production of 160 000 parts. Better still, minimizing the set-up time required makes it ideally flexible to meet your needs and it will remain profitable, even for smaller batch work. The complete range of MHM machines is optimized for fastest set up times in the whole industry.

We employ dedicated in-house assembly teams in our main markets, such as India, China, Turkey, the UK and the USA, who know all MHM equipment inside out. Every single machine part is tested, without exception, before being included in the assembly of our machines. Within most of Europe, installation and commissioning is handled mainly by our centralized technical team, stationed directly at our World Headquarters in Austria.

TESTING & SERVICE

Our Austrian based expert service team includes experienced technicians, offering full after sales support and two full time employees handling shipping/export. Most of all technical problems arising can be rectified via a phone call or by direct on-line access to the machine via internet/skype etc. Our latest generation machines are equipped with the relevant interfaces to make this possible. If a solution is not possible via this method, we have a team of local technicians who will make speedy on-site visits to resolve the issue.

In March 2018, after 7 years in Arioli Group, MHM was enquired by L`fficiency Holding GmbH.

The takeover is a strong forward-looking signal for the Austrian location and the base for further strong growth.

The Holding already owns Tesoma GmbH, also a technical leader in their field as Textile Dryer manufacturer.

MHM and Tesoma have been working together for many years already – and now finally ended up in the same ownership to amplify their relationship.

The synergies of these two technical leading companies already showing the first results in several new and interesting projects. Increasing production capacity and a new production facility are the current projects already started.
