Many companies think investors will remain their shareholders only because they are attracted to public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In reality you can’t tie investors to one particular capital market. They will transfer their assets to markets where they find interesting investments and best access to information

The communications in the internet has changed a lot till 2012. The Model needs to be renovated and accompanied by education on the IR website best practices
