Soparco is an industrial yet family-based French group

with a Europe-wide presence via a number of commercial subsidiaries

in Spain, Holland, Germany and England.

Providing services to horticulture and nurseries for over 40 years,

the principal driving force behind the company’s development

has been its focus on expertise and innovation.

With a workforce of more than 200 staff, two production plants in France,

Soparco operates around the clock 7 days a week on premises covering almost 10 hectares,

producing more than 500 different types of containers,

transport trays and various other items for use in horticulture and nurseries.

Recycled materialsIn 1985 we introduced into our production process recycled polypropylene ta en fro salvaged end-of-life vehicle parts. Today around 85 of the plastics we use are recycled fro a variety of sources pac aging fro food products phar aceuticals and toys plastic caps vehicles textiles used plant pots etc. .

Waste sorting and recyclingAll pac aging waste produced by our anufacturing activity is sorted and separated for recycling. Any che icals oils used cleaning products are also dispatched to specialist co panies for recycling.

Délai de livraisonVotre commande part 48 heures apr s son enregistrement. Le transporteur nous garantit un temps d’acheminement de 5 jours ouvrables. Si votre commande est urgente et qu’un article n’est pas en stock, nous expédions ce qui est disponible en indiquant sur le bon de livraison les marchandises qui vous seront livrées ultérieurement en franco. Les prix indiqués sont des prix hors taxes, départ usine. Nous accordons le franco à 600 € HT de marchandises en France métropolitaine.

RéclamationsSelon l’usage, les marchandises voyagent aux risques et périls du destinataire. Cela veut dire que le transporteur a accepté une marchandise en bon état, conforme au récépissé d’expédition. Il est donc responsable des avaries et manquants.

Manquants : Vous devez les signaler sur la lettre de voiture du transporteur et le con rmer par écrit sous 48 heures. Le transporteur vous remboursera sans discussion.

Avaries : Des cartons ou lets sont détériorés. Vous soup onnez de la casse. Vous faites des réserves écrites « emballages en mauvais état sous réserve d’examen ». Vous avez 48 heures pour compter ce qui doit tre remboursé et le signaler au transporteur.

ualité : Nous nous effor ons de vous livrer des produits de qualité. Cependant, pour toute réclamation sur la qualité des produits, nous vous demandons de nous fournir l’étiquette collée sur l’emballage qui indique le code article, la date et le numéro du contr leur. Nous ne pourrons accepter les réclamations émises dans un délai supérieur à 12 mois apr s la livraison.

ExpéditionsLes marchandises sont prises et agrées en nos usines et voyagent aux risques et périls de l’acheteur, alors m me que les prix en seraient établis franco. Les compagnies de chemin de fer et entreprises de transport et de camionnage étant seules responsables des avaries, pertes, etc., en cours de route, il appartient aux destinataires de faire valoir leurs droits dans les conditions prévues aux articles 99 à 108 du code du commerce contre les compagnies de chemin de fer ou entreprises de transport, lesquelles ne peuvent invoquer l’insuffisance d’emballage qu’elles doivent véri er au départ. 4. Un escompte égal aux deux douzi mes du taux moyen mensuel du marché monétaire au jour le jour (du mois précédent la facturation) moins un point est accordé en cas de paiement dans les 8 jours d’expédition de la marchandise 2/12(TMM-1) . Le montant des factures est toujours exigible à Condé-sur-Huisne. Nous ne renon ons nullement à ce droit quand nous faisons traite sur l’acheteur. Nous avons seul qualité pour toucher le montant des factures établies par nous-m mes. En cas de changement de la capacité ou de la situation de l’acheteur, de non-paiement à l’échéance, nous nous réservons la possibilité d’annuler les commandes en cours, m me acceptées ou de demander des garanties ou le paiement comptant, et d’exiger le paiement immédiat de toutes les sommes dues, m me non échues. Tout retard de livraison ou toute réclamation, quelle qu’elle soit et à quelque moment qu’elle intervienne, ne peut avoir effet de modi er les modalités et délais de paiement. 5. ToléranceLes fournitures sont faites avec des tolérances d’usage en qualité, Dimensions, épaisseurs et poids. 6. DiversLes acheteurs ne peuvent, sans notre agrément, vendre nos produits, soit directement, soit indirectement, à d’autres fabricants de produits similaires ou sous des noms autres que ceux de nos marques déposées. 7.
