adult learner; and exemplifies how reflective learning benefits the

students, teacher, instructor and/or facilitator.

Furthermore, this provides educators with a wonderful insight on how they may be able to help

facilitate learning in teens and adults.

It’s time we shift gears and start educating the way people learn.

the adult learns.
