An Act to amend Section 13600 of the Government

Code of Guam, to repeal Chapte. 8 of Title XIV of theGove.nmem Code of Guam. to enact a nev,' Chapter 8to Title XI\'. Government Code of Guam, relating tolane use permits. repealing the Homestead Law. andenactint: a new Chapter with respect to Agriculturalleases of government lane.

Section 1. Sect ion 13600 of the Go' ernmenr Code ofGuam is hereb,' amended to read as follows:

Section 13705. Form of Lease. Upon ap-proval of the appl ication, the Governor shallexecute a lease with [he applicant, in a formapproved by [he A[torney General, which, amongother lease provisions, shall include the follow­lUg:
