In 1998, Electrolux implemented the first version of the User Management Tool, UMT, in their IBM Domino environment to automate their account management process. As of today, UMT keeps the demanding SLA of password recovery.

Electrolux has been an Infoware customer since 1997. Today we support a broad suite of products including Lotus Domino, IBM Sametime and IBM Connections.

The integration project for SAP and ISIM was launched in 2011 and included the Domino environment as well. Infoware was part of the project and was responsible for the integration to the Domino Directory using the UMT WebService API.
