    customers twice a day for 10 minutes each that fits to the five New Mobility World

    logistics topics!

    The Guided Tours will be offered to domestic and foreign trade visitors as well as

    VIPs and will take them to the exhibition stands of companies whose offering is

    relevant to the theme of choice. They are a great way for visitors to gain a quick

    overview of everything at the show that is of particular interest to them. Participants

    don't have to waste time and meet the right people right away.

    Tours

    Six exhibitors per tour maximum

    Each tour includes six selected exhibitors max. At these stands, the group becomes a presentation

    of approximately 10 minutes about the respective exhibit.

    The selection of exhibitors is made by an application process (company profile & product

    description). Too small demanded tour themes can be canceled by the organizer.

    Trained guides will lead visiting professionals and interested members of the general public directly

    to your stand in groups of up to 25.

    Regarding trade visitors, participants should not simply hear a speech, but instead should be

    offered an appealing demonstration of the product, service or solution. This gives them an

    entertaining and informative look at their area of interest.

    Tour offer on September 23 (Fri.) and from 26 to 29 September (Mon.-Thu.)

    Two tours per NMW topic per day, in German and English

    (German tours probably in the morning, English in the afternoon)

    Terms and Conditions of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) for New Mobility World Guided Tours

    1. General

    By signing the offer to participate in one of the Guided Tours, the exhibitor acknowledges the Terms and Conditions as comple-mentary component to the Exhibition Conditions of the 66

    th IAA

    Commercial Vehicles 2016 which schemes will apply if they are no derogation to these conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. Any Terms and Conditions of the exhibitor that are contrary to or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall not be acknowledged, unless VDA agrees to do so.

    2. Formation of a contract

    The contract between the exhibitor and VDA takes effect upon receipt by VDA of the exhibitors signed registration form until May 25, 2016. The Exhibitor may not assign or transfer its rights under the Guided Tour Agreement.

    3. Payment Terms

    The amount of the fee for participating in one Guided Tour is stated on the registration form. The amount stated in the regis-tration form is binding and does not include VAT. The invoice for the amount is due in full within 30 days upon receipt. Prior pay-ment of the invoice amount in full is the prerequisite for partici-pating in or consideration of the exhibitor in the Guided Tours. VDA reserves the right to collect default interest starting on the due date if there is a payment default.

    4. Obligations of the exhibitor

    The exhibitor agrees to indemnify VDA against justified claims by third parties based on the infringement of any industrial prop-erty right or copyright.

    5. Liability

    The liability conditions of the IAA Exhibition Conditions, section 68, apply.

    VDA is liable solely for the performance of its contractual ser-vices. It is not responsible or liable beyond this for the achieve-ment of the wider communication objectives pursued by the exhibitor in entering into this contract.

    VDA accepts no liability whatsoever for loss, damage or defects unless the loss, damage or defects were caused intentionally by or through the gross negligence of VDA, its representatives or agents. This exclusion of liability does not apply with respect to claims pursued on the basis of loss of life, personal injury or impairment of health; nor does it apply with respect to breaches of material contractual obligations. Liability for breach of material contractual obligations on the basis of ordinary negligence shall be limited to typical, foreseeable contract damages.

    6. Early Termination of the Agreement

    The exhibitor may not rescind or terminate the agreement.

    VDA may give notice canceling this agreement with immediate effect at any time up to one month before the Start of the event, if the planned Guided Tours in general or only a specific Guided Tour topic has not reached the point of financial viability by that time owing to insufficient participant registrations.
