Our Packages

Our team are dedicated to making sure that not only do you receive the best surgery available but you enjoy the best surgery experience possible and to that end we can off er a varied range of packages that have one thing in common - your comfort and peace of mind.

If you book a package with us, not only will we arrange your surgery but also your hotel accommodation, your transfers, to and from the airport, your hotel and the hospital for all of your appointments. You will also be assigned your own English speaking medical host who will guide you through your surgery. You will also be given a mobile phone so that you can contact us at any time.

Many of us get apprehensive about a simple visit to the dentist but add a more comprehensive treatment or surgery in a foreign land with diff erences in culture and language and even the smallest of things can cause unnecessary stress. They will meet you for every appointment and make sure that all of your logistics run smoothly along with helping to book you in and check you out of hospitals and organise any follow-up appointments - you’ll even receive a mobile phone so you can contact them with any concerns or questions - we’re only a phone call away.

“We really prefer that our clients book a medical host as we see this as almost being essential to having a good experience while in Thailand having surgery and the cost is not that much.

The culture in Thailand is very diff erent to that at home and even though the doctors speak fl uent English the admin staff , drivers and other people that you will need to communicate with don’t always have the best communication skills. Everyone gets stressed on the day of their surgery and feels ill afterwards, if added to that you can’t get an answer to the most simple of questions it can make the experience very arduous indeed...

Grainne’s personal experience...

I recently had surgery in Thailand and I have been living and working in Thailand for fi ve years now. I know the hospitals, the surgeons,the language and it didn’t even occur to me to book myself a medical host! I also had a friend having surgery with me. On the day after having eight hours of surgery to my face, whilst trying to check out of the hospital, I queried the bill. I then had to spend fi ve hours being directed to run up and down corridors in the hospital trying to sort this out. I had no pain medication for seven hours and ended up collapsing in a heap on the fl oor in tears. If I had a host they would have sorted everything out for me and I could have relaxed in my hospital room until it was time to go.

Just a small thing like querying the bill made what should have been a great experience a not so great one. We just want all of our customers to have a good surgery experience which is why we almost insist on this, we want you to have the best surgery trip that you possibly can”.

So how do our packages work...

For each surgery we recommend a minimum length of stay, if you stay for this amount of time then one of our hospitals will even guarantee their work. This means that if there is a problem which is the fault of the hospital, or the surgeon, that the hospital will rectify the problem at cost to themselves and even pay towards travel costs.

Below is the minimum recommended length of stay for some of our most popular surgeries as well as details on how many nights you would be required to stay as an inpatient in hospital.

Recommended Stay in Phuket means the usual minimum number of days that you are usually required to stay in Phuket. It includes an arrival day, an appointment with the surgeon’s day, admission and surgery, recovery days as follow up appointments required before returning home.

We usually plan your trip so that you would arrive on day one and then go to the hospital the next morning. In most cases you would have your surgery later that day but in some instances it may be the following day. You then stay in hospital for the required number of days before going back to your hotel.

There are then usually one to two follow up appointments at the hospital during the remainder of your stay. We will plan all of your appointments and your transfers so that you really don’t need to think about anything from the moment that you arrive in Thailand, we will take care of everything so that you can relax and enjoy a full recovery.

One of the benefi ts of having surgery in Thailand is that you can spend your recovery in a beautiful hotel. You can sit back and relax and enjoy the scenery, the sun and you don’t even have to do more than pick up the phone for guest services to enjoy amazing food in the comfort of your own room.

No need for shopping, cooking, you don’t even need to do as much as make a cup of coff ee, our hotel staff will make certain that your recovery is absolutely the best that it can be.

All of our hotels have been chosen with relaxation in mind and are therefore situated in quiet and peaceful locations in Phuket. If you would also like to experience some nightlife and some shopping then we can arrange your trip so that you stay for the last few nights in Patong. The additional cost for this is 2,500 Thai Baht per night per person.
