TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE

Registration fee

o Payment for foreign participants:

– for contributors in the Congress it is necessary to send an application for

participation in compliance with the form (Appendix 1) and pay registration fee –

80 € (or in roubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the

day of payment); doctorate students, postgraduate and master students – 40 € (or in

roubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of

payment)

– for participants by correspondence in the Congress it is necessary to send an

application for participation in compliance with the form (Appendix 1) and pay

registration fee – 15 € (or in roubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian

Federation on the day of payment)

o Payment for Russian participants:

– for contributors in the Congress it is necessary to send an application for

participation in compliance with the form (Appendix 1) and pay registration fee -

2 000 roubles; doctorate students, postgraduates, master students pay 1000 roubles

– for participants by correspondence in the Congress it is necessary to send an

application for participation in compliance with the form (Appendix 1), pay

registration fee – 500 roubles.

REQUIREMENTS TO FORMALIZING ARTICLES

A book of abstracts will be published as the result of the Congress (Conferences and

Round Tables) and electronic book of abstracts for remote participants. The books of

abstracts will be registered in RSCI base (Russian Science Citation Index).

Articles should be formalized using the following requirements:

each author can send only one article;

we accept articles in the Russian language on all themes of the Congress,

except XII International Scientific and Practical Conference in the English

language «Modern University Sports Science »;

we accept articles in the English language for participation in XII International

Scientific and Practical Conference in the English language «Modern

University Sports Science »

volume of up to 4 pages (format A 4), text editor Windows (Word)

95/97/2000/2003/XP;

font – Times New Roman, size 14 p1, non-bold, single line spacing;

margin: upper, bottom, left, right – 2cm;

page alignment

paragraph begins of 1,25 cm

articles are issued as a separate file;

formalizing an article: title of an article - in capital letters, bold font, center

alignment;

in a line (in italics, right margin-aligned) – author's name (names), scientific

degree and status, name of the organization, country, city, abstract and key

words (in the English language);

an article should include the following parts: introduction, objective of the

research, research methods, methodology, research results, conclusions,

bibliography; bibliographic references should be formalized according to

GOST P7.1-2003 in alphabetical order.






author's information at the beginning of the article should include

author's surname, first name and patronymic (in full); scientific degree

and status; sports qualification and status (if available); city, organization

and position; e-mail.

Articles are published in author's edition (authors/co-authors are responsible for

the submitted content).

The articles that do not meet the requirements of formalization will not be

published in an electronic book of abstracts without any notice.

The payment for an article publication is made after the confirmation of

acceptance!!!

The cost of an article publication includes the cost of registration fee in
