What areas do we cover?We work in Camden, Islington,Westminster, Hackney, The RoyalBorough of Kensington & Chelseaand we go into neighbouringboroughs as well. The Homeshare“Live-In” Service covers the whole ofLondon within the M25 radius.

How do I make contactand how much will itcost?If you think that Crossroads CareCNL may be able to help you, thenphone us on 020 7485 7416 to talkto one of our team. We will thenarrange to visit you at home and,together with the person you carefor, design a service that bestmeets your needs. Our Homeshareteam will visit potentialhouseholders and match them to anappropriate Homesharer.

As a carer or someone with careneeds, you may be entitled tosupport funded by localgovernment or you may choose topay Crossroads Care CNL directlyfor your services. Whatever yoursituation, you may take comfortthat as a charity, we are for peoplenot for profit.

Our prices start at a low day rateper hour. This price rises in theevening, weekends, night serviceand Bank Holidays. We also offerone-off tailor-made packages thatare more cost effective.
