Faculty ProleIPADEs academic structure has 12 academic areas that are formed by a facultyof 65 full-time professors, who primarily teach their sessions with casemethodology. They also use other techniques such as simulations, workshops,negotiating exercises and panels with some of the gures from the cases whoshare their styles of doing business.

To maintain the state of the art knowledge provided in their academic areasas well as in the business world, IPADE professors carry out a variety of activitiessuch as:

Research: focused on the elaboration of real-life business cases, books and articles, through which the best of current knowledge is brought to the classrooms.

Teaching: Giving classes based on the case method, conferences, team assessment, and acting as tutors.

Managerial work: focused in performing managerial roles within IPADE.

Advising: All our faculty members are also member of the board of dierent companies or give consultancy in their area of expertise.
