The organizers of project "Apkabink Europa" is a non-governmental organization established in 2014 by a group of activists and trainers wishing to contribute to the building of a civil society and establishing of rule of law in Lithuania. Our NGO is created to serves as a learning organization that gathers trainers, youth and social workers, youth policy makers, experts, and volunteers with different levels of competences to be actively involved in the creation of civic activities with European dimension and with benefits for their local communities. An important objective is to promote actions and activities for young people, raising awareness of public institutions on specific issues regarding young people, developing partnerships and involving youth in rural life, promoting supporting and rewarding youth. The main aim of this youth exchange is to include the youngsters in the pressing environmental matter and to inspire them to engage in its improvement. Specific objectives: - Stimulate young people's spirit of initiative using methods of creative photography raising their ability to create, - Promote photography as a tool of protecting environment and a way to acquire knowledge and skills useful for persons' professional development, - Foster mutual better understanding of ecological situation and culture in countries of participants and develop a sense of ecological awareness, - Campaign against climate change and environmental degradation, - Encourage youth to further influence media in the topic of ecology in their own countries, - Promote cross-border cooperation in the fight against climate change.

    Participants: Participants will be 48 young people from 48 young people from Lithuania, FYR Macedonia, Bulgaria, Poland, Greece, Spain, Belgium, and Croatia. Partner organizations: Slavonska autohtona udruga Terra Slavonica AROPMO Europejska Fundacja Edukacji i Rozwoju Association for non-formal education EUROPEAN CULTURAL EPICENTER Bitola PENTHESILEIA European Centre for Economic and Policy Analysis and Affairs LIBERTAS INTERNATIONAL Financial condition: Youth Exchange is implemented by support of European Commission ERASMUS+ Programme, Lithuanian National Agency. Accommodation, food and planned activities with will be covered by project budget. Travel expenses will be covered according to the ERAZMUS+ guidelines. A participation fee for this youth exchange will be 30 PLEASE NOTE: COSTS THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY THE RECEIPT CAN NOT BE REIMBURSED. KEEP ALL RECEIPTS, TICKETS AND BOARDING PASSES. In order to receive reimbursement participants have to arrive not later than 23.59 on May 22nd and depart from Vilnius no earlier that 00.00 November 29th. If you need to come earlier or leave later, CONSULT US! Costs related to the stay for additional days are not covered and are on participant own expenses. Unit costs of your travel expenses will be covered by the organizers with the support of ERASMUS+ program. In order to receive the money for the transportation, please keep your invoices, tickets, boarding-passes or any other transport document so you can give us all these documents. The reimbursement will be done after the end of the training course and when all original travelling documents are sent to us and participants fill in the online mobility tool of Erasmus + (via bank transfer).

    If you arrive by plane You need to take a bus number 2 in the airport bus stop ( it is just when you went out of it, it is a small airport in Vilnius) you need to travel around 15 minutes and to get off in the bus stop named STOTIS (bus station) after that you need to fallow instructions on the map. Hostel is near bus station.
