Improving the Customer Experience Example Scenario: Streamlining Service with ClickDimensions

Recognizing that the customer experience is more important today than ever before, RMZ Facility Services was looking to improve their process for service appointments, from customer scheduling to follow up.

Using the ClickDimensions campaign automation builder, the RMZ team created an automated campaign for customers that schedule service with the company.

Customers are added to the campaign automation via a Submitted Form trigger, after filling out a service request form. RMZ was able to easily create the landing page and form used in the service request process – no coding required!

The emails sent as part of the campaign automation are all made with the ClickDimensions drag and drop email editor. This easy-to-use tool allows for personalization, which RMZ used to create a customized email experience by adding the customer’s name, the type of service they are requesting and the requested service date.

RMZ also utilized SMS messaging within ClickDimensions to remind customers of their appointments. Using a Send SMS action in the campaign automation, RMZ sends a text message reminder to customers two days before their scheduled appointment.

To gauge their customers’ opinions on their RMZ service experiences, the company sends a survey following customer appointments, which they can easily create in ClickDimensions. When a respondent completes the survey, all their responses are linked to their Dynamics 365 contact record, and RMZ can use ClickDimensions to follow up with customers based on their survey responses.

ClickDimensions also features a wide variety of other tools that can be incorporated into a number of marketing, sales and customer service initiatives including web intelligence, lead scoring and event management.
