The International Society of Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgeons (ISMSICS) is proud to announce its 3rd Biennial World Conference on MSICS, CCC2019, at Kolkata, India.
The conference shall be held on the 29th November – 1st December 2019. The preconference workshop will be held on the 29th of November, 2019 at the renowned Disha Eye Hospital. The term CCC denotes Comprehensive Cataract Conference. The Conference encompasses all aspect of Cataract Surgery right from SICS to FLACS. Both the previous world conferences had large representations from more than 22 countries.
After collaborating with Poona Ophthalmological Society and Aravind Eye Care System in the past, this time ISMSICS has collaborated with Disha Eye Hospitals for CCC 2019.
Those of you who have participated in our previous World Conferences will agree that the quality of learning and scientific knowledge presented in this conference is par excellence. It is our endeavour to raise this benchmark at CCC 2019. The 3rd Biennial World Conference on MSICS shall have the whole gamut of cataract surgery from patient selection, preoperative preparation, instrumentation, various surgical techniques, postoperative care and ways &; means to manage surgical complications. A lot of stress will be given on Premium IOLs and Premium Techniques. We will also have parallel Surgical Skill Transfer Courses. We expect the doyens of cataract surgery from across the world over to attend and share their experiences.

Terms and Conditions
All partnership/advertising/exhibition/other opportunities have been quoted in gross terms. Mandatory govt. taxes as applicable at the time of booking will be levied (currently GST at 18%).Fascia name must be submitted to the event organizers by email at least 15 working days prior to the event.The number of exhibitor badges provided with the participation have been outlined above. Should you need more badges, kindly pre-purchase them by writing to [email protected] exhibitor will have to abide by Fire and Safety norms of Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, West Bengal. A copy can be requested by writing an email to [email protected] stall will be given 1 KVA power (Single Phase). Additional power or three Phase connection can be bought at additional cost. Alternatively, generator vans can be got directly by the exhibitor with prior intimation to the organizers. All licenses, distribution etc. for this will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.Dinner and Banquet invitation is not open to partners/exhibitors/advertisers personnel.No nailing will be allowed on octanorm stalls. For branding purposes only, normal double sided tapes can be used.Exhibitors can display banners and hoarding only within designated stall areas. No banners or display boards are allowed outside the designated stalls unless venue branding related partnerships have also been taken.Any damage caused to the octanorm sheets or stall material will have to be compensated to the contractor.Subletting of stall will be considered as a breach of contract and in such a case the stall owner will be asked to vacate the stall with immediate effect and a fine of INR 50,000 + GST will be charged.Sharing of stall is strictly not allowed.Goods and Material displayed in stalls should be as per Government Rules & Regulations.Overnight retention of goods in respective stalls will be at the sole risk of the exhibitors. Organizers will take no responsibility for loss or damages of goods, banners or any other promotional material.No storage space for boxes, consumables etc. will be provided. Exhibitors are to make arrangements for this by themselves in their stalls. Alternatively, lockable furniture will be available for booking 15 working days prior to the event. Exhibitors may book the same and pay directly.Exhibitors/3rd party companies will have to obtain a gate pass from Biswa Bangla Convention Centre management while getting material inside or out of the venue. Event management agency and organizers are not responsible for this.Organizers reserve all rights to alter the stall layout or allocation of stalls.3rd party insurance has been taken for the overall event. Exhibitors are requested to take individual booth insurance if needed.
