Hörmann Steel Folding Doors Up To 14 mWide. The Economic Solution

Certified safetyHörmann steel folding doors are manufacturedaccording to the Management System EN ISO 9001 aswell as in line with the stringent safety requirements ofthe European Standard EN 12604.

Even though many production processes today are computer-assisted, a highly qualified and responsibleworkforce still plays a significant role throughoutproduction and in subsequent quality-assurancechecks. Only in this way can the Hörmann claim toquality be upheld.

The ideal doorHörmann steel folding doorsare particularly recommendedfor buildings with low headroom or where the staticsdo not allow the roof to carry an extra load. The type of fittingrequired should already beconsidered at the planningstage.External fitting:the space-saving solutionOne major advantage offolding doors is that they canalso be fitted externally. Thismeans that the space insidethe building can be fullyutilised. No valuable space islost - neither at the sides,above the lintel nor under theceiling. Also a particularlygood solution for securityreasons.Reduced risk of collisionThe door leaf packs parked ateither side are located well within the driver’s field of vision.Given sufficient sideroom, thedoor leaf packs can also beparked in front of or behind thewall, thereby allowing full useof the passage width.
