• My Notifications is where you will see your current and past notifications.

User Management:

• Only available option is to change your password.

Click on “Submit Verification Request” to submit a new verification

Two ways to look up your own facility: by CAGEOr by Facility Name

Make sure you select“Facility”

Can choose either to make it a one time request, or to request change notificationsbe sent for a period of time

• Security Review Findings: – Stored in discrete data elements– NISPOM reference associated– Available to External (Industry) Users

• Automatically remove expired verifications from view

• Include a link to the ISRep’s email address• Include Information System Security Manager

(ISSM) information in the verification

• Names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail for both the local DSS ISR and Regional Field Office should be available when viewing verifications

• Based on user level, authorized external users (FSOs) should be able to pull data, creating ad hoc reports for their own facility and all facilities under their corporate structure. Users should be able to view and query appropriate data from facilities subsidiary to their own
