The All-rounders for Highest FlexibilityThe MoRoS series of INSYS icom is character-ised by a large variety of possibilities that exceed pure routing by far.

MoRoS devices consist of a modem, a router and a switch, provide a RS232 interface, digital inputs/outputs and feature an integrated pro-gramming environment for user-specifi c applic-ations (Linux sandbox). All devices in the range also include 2 inputs, 2 outputs and an integ-rated Linux sandbox for user-specifi c applica-tions and are confi gured via a simple intuitive web interface.

The MoRoS series features also appropriate devices for wire-bound wideband applications and cellular communication. These devices by-pass the non-availability problem in many net-works due to provider blocking using its VPN functionality. They also provide a maximum of IT security with the MAC fi rewall.

They are the perfect solution for remote access, remote maintenance and monitoring when ac-cess to a customer network is not possible or permitted.

IMONIndustrial Fault Monitor

Monitoring, Alarming, Remote MaintenanceIMON-G100 and IMON-G200 are industrial GPRS fault monitors with comprehensive monitoring functions. They monitor controls like Siemens LOGO!TM and S7, Modbus devices, inputs, timers, fl ags as well as incom-ing SMS. In addition, they send user-defi ned messages via SMS or e-mail and switch outputs. SDSLINSYS SDSL modems use private lines. They are suitable for extendinga network across larger distances and can also be used as leased line re-placement. However, INSYS SDSL is more than a modem. It can be used as router and bridge, provides VPN and a fi rewall as well as an integrated programming environment (Linux sandbox).

GSM, GPRSINSYS GSM small is a space-saving cellular radio terminal for use in switch cabinets. It is fully controlled by the connected PCs or PLC/RTU.

We offer a selection of different cellular radio and WLAN antennas for professional use. The use of patch or wall antennas is recommended in case of an installation inside a shielded building or switch cabinet.

Monitoring, Alarming, Remote Operation, Visualisation!

The INSYS icom Monitoring App allows an easy and effi cient monitoring of your Siemens LOGO!TM and S7 controls as well as Modbus TCP/RTU devices. In addition, the inputs of our fault monitor series IMON will also be mon-itored. Moreover, measurements, events and alarms can be uploaded to the Cumulocity cloud directly and visualised with this feature (separate cloud account required).

Elements to be monitored, desired actions and involved persons can easily be combined using logic operations. Individual monitoring operations can be linked in series. This also allows escalating alarms amongst others. Com-bined applications with the integrated programming environment (Linux sandbox) are also possible with the IMON and MoRoS series.

How to get the Monitoring App:

Download the Monitoring App for free, upload it to your fault monitor or industrial router from INSYS icom and order a licence for one or more mon-itoring packages via e-mail or by phone from us. Pilot Project IMON-G200 SCFault Monitor With Power-Down Mode

The ProjectMonitoring of an im-pounding reservoir

How to monitor the level of an im-pounding reservoir in the center of the Alps without a power sup-ply and direct access to it? With an energy self-suffi cient com-plete solution!

How does it work? With effi cient hardware and intel-ligent software. Our fault monitor IMON-G200 SC (Sleep Control) provides a so-called Power-Down mode. It wakes up in confi gurable intervals and wakes up a VEGA level sensor at the same time that measures the reservoir level. The gathered value will be sent to a web portal or an e-mail address via cellular radio. The complete solution is so effi cient that a small solar panel that buffers the energy produced in a battery is suffi cient.By the way: Further applications like a temperature probe for ex-ample can also be connected to the IMON-G200 SC. The fault monitor also provides a service button that can be used by a service technician to interrupt the Power-Down mode if required. We call this GREEN EFFICIENCY!
