S TAT E - O F -T H E - A R T P R O D U C T I O N

Our technically advanced production methods ensure a flexible

manufacturing process and quick service. Americol produces

according to the principles of Lean Manufacturing with each

production batch going through an integrated quality control

process. This continuous improvement process enhances safety,

reduces costs and optimizes product quality and service.

Finished products are filled and packaged on semi-automated

and fully automated filling lines. Various packaging types from

200 ml to 1000 liter can be processed on these lines, representing

more than 4500 product/packaging combinations.

Our distribution warehouse has a capacity for 3000 pallet loca-

tions and is built in accordance with the PGS 15 requirements for

fire, labor and environmental safety. The warehouse is approved

for unrestricted storage of cleaning products, disinfectants,

maintenance products and chemicals.

Americol manages the purchasing and inventory for all raw

materials, packaging and labels, thereby ensuring a streamlined

and efficient production process.

Product dossiers are available for all cosmetic formulations,
