2- 40 Kg vacuum induction furnace: 15-75 KW medium frequency induction furnaces with casting facility in vacuum. Vacuum system has rotatory pump, backing pump, mechanical booster and diffusion pump. The furnace equipped with alloy addition system and vacuum gauges.5-20 Kg Air induction furnace: 50 KW medium frequency induction furnaces. The have three separate furnace shell of 5, 10 & 20 Kg capacity. These furnaces can be used for alloy development as well as smelting reduction study.
