8th Grade TO EARN A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, STUDENTS WILL BE

EVALUATED ON THE MARKS EARNED IN 8TH GRADE.

� Grade of “D” or better in ALL courses

� Each course will earn 5 credits for each semester(30 credits/semester)

� Students MUST earn 50/60 credits to be eligible.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN 8TH GRADE ACTIVITIES AND CULMINATION CEREMONY…

� NO FAILS in the 8th grade on either FALL or SPRING Final Report Cards.

� Maintain satisfactory marks in Work Habits and Cooperation (NO more than 2 “U”s).

� No more than 7 absences/tardies of any type includingHomeroom (ALL must be cleared).

� All debts must be cleared (textbooks, library, student store, etc.)
