• Antioxidants, dietary fibers, omega-3, poly-unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, for prevention and treatment of CVD

• Polyphenol in grape prevents and controls arterial diseases

• Flavonoids (in onion, vegetables, grapes, red wine, apples, and cherries) block the ACE and strengthen the tiny capillaries that carry oxygen and essential nutrients to all cells

• Soya foods (min. of 25gm per day) reduce chronic heart diseases

Diabetes

• Lipoic acid, an antioxidant, for treatment of diabetic neuropathy
