Allah( ,J.I.V)~.._) and Prophet's(~) Verdict about a Masjid:Once a masjid is erected, it always remains a masiid and the 'property' of Allah( J. I .V)~. . . . . . ) untilthe Last Day. It cannot return to being the property of any person or community even thosewho may have paid for establishing it. Neither above it nor below it on any floor can be used foranything but as a masjid. Hence, all rulings that apply to a masjid will now apply to the exactsame area directly below it on each of the lower floors (including the basement); and likewiseon all floors above it because it is a masjid to the peaks of the heavens and likewise to therecesses of the earth below.o Muslims! Technically speaking even the so-called 'supreme court' stands inefficient against legislations approved on the floor of the House.It needs no mention that time and again the Congress party with its hidden agenda has shownits true colors. Be it the inaction over the planting of the idol in 1949 or the shilanyaas, theground-breaking ceremony of 1989 and finally the demolition of the Babri Masjid in 1992. Forall practical reasons the Masjid site has since been transformed into a Mandir, thanks to theSupreme Court order to maintain Status-quo. The Allahabad High court's verdict of 'Aasthaover Facts' is exemplary of the bias judiciary although Ram is purely a mythical figure. TheSupreme Court, the high courts, the lower courts and all the Commissions have utterly failedto play an impartial role regarding Muslim issues. Narendra Modi who presided over the 2002massacres of muslims in Gujarat is given a clean chit whereas the victims still run from pillar topost for justice. Even the 92 Mumbai culprits roam freely and enjoy government security. Allthe anti-Muslim pre-planned riots, arson, rapes, losses of lives and properties are still awaitingjustice. The list is endless!

...And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Ka/irun (i.e. disbelievers - as they donot act on Allah's Laws.) (AI-Maeda:44)

And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they willnever be able to save themselves (from Allah's Punishment). And make ready against them all you can of power,including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery) to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, andothers besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Causeof Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly. [AI-Anfal: 59-60]

The manhandling and heckling of Kashmiri leadership in Indian cities is not at all aminor issue.
