ABOUT THE EVENTGlobal Inclusive Disaster Man-agement Conference (GIDMC) is the global event initiated by the iCONEX Exhibitions in sup-port with Gail India & ONGC, etc., industries, academia and more. The event is planned by steering committee and techni-cal committee members con-sisting of HSE leaders from India and abroad. It is the first event of its kind towards inclu-sive disaster management.

The event positions itself as the mega show which would bring forth the discussions highlight-ing “How better we are pre-pared for Disasters”. Prepared-ness to natural and industrial disasters with respect to tech-nologies, policies, frameworks and partnerships. The objective is to bring policy makers, tech-nology providers, research insti-tutions, user organizations, resilience ocers and HSE practioners at the same plat-form and bridge the knowl-edge gap.

Revolving around the theme of “Managing Disaster Risks for Resilient Future” would envis-age co-learning through shar-ing of knowledge and best practices, promoting interac-tions between different stake-holders and forging new part-nerships and networks.
