hydro-carbon chain capped by a carboxyl group (COOH) and are like acetic acid, found in vinegar. Anti-oxidants are
molecules that inhibits oxidation of other molecules, which may prevent or delay cell damage in the body. Probiotics
are live microorganisms, generally bacteria and yeast that are believed to provide good health when consumed,
especially digestive system. Bacteria’s are generally considered to cause diseases, however, our body is full of
bacteria’s, both good and bad. Probiotics are often called “good” or “helpful” bacteria.
