Propagation trainings: These trainings are carried out in 12 places in India. Close to 1000 saints participate in such training. The burden of the training is to help the saints establish a corporate God-man living in the church life. Practice small group living to pursue, preach the gospel and take care of new ones. This training helps the churches to progressively enter into the new revival.Church Perfecting trainings: A local church or the churches in an area carry such training. This training are mainly to enter into the seven feasts and messages are pursued to meet the local need.Coworkers trainings: The coworkers atleast 4 times a year come together. During this time we also invite overseas brothers to share specific burden to us. We pursue ministry materials, open up the work in our area, pray and fellowship. This training is crucial for the Lords move in India because this helps all the work in different areas to be blended together.Responsible brothers and Serving Ones trainings: Two times a year the responsible brothers and serving ones gather to enter into the Fall and Spring ITERO messages. During this time we also share specific burden on the few service items. This gathering blends all the responsible brothers in the local churches.College Students and Serving Ones Trainings: Churches in different areas carry out such trainings for the college students and college serving ones. This helps the students to pursue the truth, exercise corporate God-man living and practice the new way in their campus. During this time the burden to join the full-time trainings is also shared. Many have received Gods calling to serve Him.High School Students and Serving Ones trainings: The Lord recently has burdened us to focus the saints who are in this age-group. Several churches are picking the burden for this service and trainings are carried out. One month training in being carried out in Gurgaon for the high schoolersChildren and Serving Ones trainings: The burden for the children work has grown deeper. The children is the church life are being perfected through such training. Moreover through this training the serving ones are finding a way to propagate and gain neighbourhood children and their families. Few families have been gained to the church life through neighbourhood children work.Young working saints trainings: The focus of the training is perfect these group of saints and nurture their function in the church life. Many are starting to involve the church service and we hope that they be raised up to be the pillars in the church life.Church Administration training: Once in a year few brothers are taken to taiwan to perfect in the church administration. This visit and training is produce a young serving brothers for the church administration purpose. Last three years through such training few brothers were produced to take the responsibility among the churches.Sisters Perfecting trainings: Among the churches several times sisters perfecting trainings are being carried. We realize the sisters functioning in the church life is very crucial for a healthy church life. Also sisters are being taken to hong kong, Taiwan and Malaysia to see how the sisters are functioning in the church life. 24Full-Time Training in New Delhi
