1 INTRODUCTION Welcome to Epicenter! We are very happy to finally see you and your company as members of Epicenter, the first innovation house of Amsterdam. In this house book you’ll find all necessary information about Epicenter that we think is important for all members to take part of. The house book is updated regularly since new routines and new functionalities may occur. We love feedback and if you have any ideas that might be in interest for us, don’t hesitate to let us know. 2 WHAT IS EPICENTER? Epicenter is the first innovation house of Amsterdam, dedicated to innovation and development – a venue in the Zuidas district of Amsterdam where established corporations as well as smaller, entrepreneurial companies with proven business models can meet to build new companies and businesses. Epicenter is an innovative environment where people with similar business interests meet. Here you’ll find companies interested in innovation and digital growth that are searching for a knowledge exchange, inspiration and new collaborations. Among our members we have everything from digital fast-growing scale ups to established, large corporates looking for innovation and fast track digital growth. Also, Epicenter welcomes selected, international companies who are working on or developing their offers in the Netherlands. We are primarily meant for companies that would like to take part of and contribute to an exciting community towards digital innovation and business development. Therefore, the main offer is a membership, not a lease. We also offer companies innovation labs to develop new products and services together with different kinds of office and working abilities to solve the needs for flexible and scalable solutions. At Epicenter, companies are able to work flexible according to the needs you have at the moment. Apart from access to restaurant and lounge areas, there are plenty of other cool areas with the purpose of making companies able to grow and expand their business. Epicenter offers all members an inspiring program with 200+ community events such as lectures, seminars, networking lunches, after works, Digital Safaris etcetera every year. We are a place for both informal knowledge exchange and structured education. Our members should always feel that creativity is present and easy to get at Epicenter. 3 ABOUT THE AREA The building is located is in one of the most appealing office locations in Amsterdam: the Zuidas. The district situated along the A10 motorway ring road is also known as the in the Olympic Plaza district due to its location right next to the Olympic Stadium.

The location is ideal from an access and transportation standpoint with direct access to Schiphol International Airport from the Amsterdam Zuid railway station. The area offers excellent accessibility both by car and public transport; all cities within the Randstad conurbation can be reached within one hour.

4 ABOUT THE BUILDING The building, EDGE Olympic, is approximately 11.000 sq. m. and is one of the smartest and

healthiest buildings in Netherlands. Edge Olympic will be one of the first offices in the

Netherlands to be WELL certified. It combines state of the art technology with the latest

research on user-centered design to create a new generation of workspaces. It is designed to

maximize personal growth while minimizing its environmental impact. To achieve this, EDGE

Olympic is equipped with the world’s most advanced Internet of Things solution.

The building exists out of 5 floors, of which the top two layers are cradle-to-cradle.

5 THE DESIGN OF EPICENTER Epicenter is something completely different than a regular way of working. It is a place for innovation, renewal and business. It’s an operation that demands a creative environment that offers an open, flexible and changeable landscape. Therefore, Epicenter consists of a variation between open landscapes, studios, private offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, restaurants and outdoor terraces. Everyday Epicenter is also filled with its actual content: people and ideas that together create the future of Epicenter. The design is made by the interior design agency Concrete (www.concreteamsterdam.nl).

The atmosphere at Epicenter is what makes us different, more fun, more relevant, surprising, interesting and thought provoking. It is what makes our members love us, miss us and what drives our success. We have chips in our hands, world champions in the kitchen cooking food for us every day, a dojo room, digital safaris and too loud music in our lounge. We host virtual reality film festivals, youth entrepreneur camps, try to hack multiple sclerosis, and have Bitcoin tellers instead of ATMs. No other office has these things anywhere in the world.

Another way to understand our atmosphere is that if someone else has done it or a large corporate would consider doing it, it is not our cup of tea. We call this Epicenter Magic.

6 MEMBERS IN THE BUILDING The building consists of 5 floors and is developed in a collaboration between EDGE Technologies and Epicenter. The building is divided into a mix of open work spaces and private offices. Located on the ground floor, east wing of the first floor and third floor are the open space areas including gym, Service Center, restaurant, meeting rooms, studios and flexible workspaces. Part of first floor, second floor and fourth floor consist of Epicenter Private Offices where companies have their own private spaces. All members at Epicenter share the responsibility of the wellbeing and security so that everyone feels welcome here.

7 SERVICE CENTER & CHECK-IN DESK Service Center is the heart of Epicenter and we’re always here to make your membership as valuable and efficient as possible. You’ll find us on ground floor right next to Disruption Hall Event Space and we keep open between 07:45–18:00 every regular workday. At the Service Center we take care of our members and help with anything our members might need. It can be anything from conference room booking and catering, to access cards and mail service. Service Center provides a number of concierge services to our members. Right now, we can help you with: • Printing • Dry cleaning • Travel booking • Taxi booking • Restaurant reservations • Orders and transports • Mail services • Conference service For any service you might need or questions you may have, contact Service Center. Epicenter’s Check-In Desk is located right in front of the revolving doors at the main entrance. At the Epicenter Check-In Desk, we greet our members’ visitors and guests and help them with checking in. All visitors must check in at the check-in desk when visiting Epicenter. 8 TELEPHONE If you want to call Epicenter you can reach us via telephone and we’re open between 07:45-18:00 every workday. You can reach us at +31202200160. Members take care of their own cell phones and shouldn’t set Epicenter’s phone number as their own. We can forward any call to members’ cellphone if we have the number available.

9 INTERNET Epicenter offers all members and visitors wireless Internet on ground floor, east wing of the first floor and on the third floor. The network speed is 120Mbps and operates on the 5GHz band. Internet is called “Epicenter” and the password is DigitallyDriven.

10 MAIL SERVICES At the Service Center we offer you reception of mail for our Co-working, Partner Desk, Studio and Private Office members who wish to address their incoming mail to c/o Epicenter. The full address is: Company name BV, c/o Epicenter, Fred Roeskestraat 115, 1076 EE AMSTERDAM. The mail is delivered to Studios and Private Offices by the Service Team every day. Co-working and Partner Desk members are welcome to pick up their mail at the Service Desk. Outbound mail can be left already stamped at the Service Desk every day until 18:00. You may buy stamps at the Service Desk.

YUC was created in Stockholm - a creative city full of early adapters, people who like healthy food and to take care of themselves. YUC brings the concept of healthy thinking to Epicenter Amsterdam and works actively to contribute to the environment, but also offer small details in terms of food and beverage that will keep you healthy, energized and strong throughout the different aspects of life. 13 EPICENTER COMMUNITY EVENTS Epicenter offers all members a multitude of different events and happenings. We partner with the best in class thought leader hubs like Singularity University and many others to invite global thought leaders who give a glimpse of our future. From thematic topics such as Blockchain, AI, Machine learnings to leadership, consciousness and mindfulness, you will meet other like-minded individuals who are curious to create the future just like you. You get to take part in various knowledge events and meet exciting external speakers and speakers from the building that speak about everything from mindfulness to career success and what the future technology will look like. We also organize after works where you can check out the latest technology, get a chip implant, have some drinks or food and mingle. 14 THE EPICENTER WEBSITE & NEWSLETTERS The website is the digital heart of Epicenter where all the digital tools needed here can be found. When you sign up for your membership you’ll get an account at www.epicenteramsterdam.com where you’re able to book conference rooms, RSVP to events, order catering and sign up for our workout sessions. When a new member arrives on their first day at Epicenter they will be registered for the intranet. Afterwards a welcome email is sent to the new member together with a sign up-link where you can register to get access to the intranet. Check out Appendix 2 and read the manual on how to use the website. If there is any trouble with the online room booking, or other problems regarding the website, visit the Service Center or email the Service Team at hello@epicenteramsterdam.com. A weekly newsletter filled with all information about upcoming events, what’s new, about members and more is sent to all Epicenter members. By registering an account at the Epicenter website, you will automatically subscribe to the newsletter. We recommend all members to read the letters to take part of valuable and interesting information.

15 ACCESS CONTROL Epicenter is open for our members 24/7. All members will be provided with a Smart Access Solution when downloading the Epicenter App. Smart Access Solution enables members to enter the building by using their phones only. Also, if your phone runs out of battery or if you forget it at home, a regular access card that is personal will be provided as back-up. The Smart Access Solution will be up and running by July. Until then, regular access cards will be used for access control. There are three entrances to Epicenter: 1 Double entrance at the corner Fred Roeskestraat & Amstelveenseweg

2 Entrance from Fred Roeskestraat located at the middle of the building 3 Through parking garage During working hours, all members can enter the building through the rotating doors at the corner of Fred Roeskestraat and Amstelveensweg without using the phone or card, or enter via the secondary entrances with the use of smart phone or access card. Apart from the opening hours, the double entrance at the corner of Fred Roeskestraat & Amstelvenseweeg is closed, and members can enter the building through the secondary entrance by the middle of the building, by using their smart phone or access card. Parking Garage is also accessible after opening hours with the use of smart phone or access card, but to get into the building you have to walk in through the secondary entrance on Fred Roeskestraat.

Members who arrive via the parking garage can pass through the big garage door which opens when using smart phone or access card. When the car is parked, the member enters the building through the ground-floor connection door between the garage and the building. This door is accessible via smart phone or access card during office hours. All Studio members can enter their Studio via the Smart Access Solution or the access card. Every company has a certain number of access accounts available and a responsible person from every company will inform Epicenter about whom from the company shall have access control. Office managers from Private Offices, Studios or Partner Desk will have to attend or inform ahead when a new coworker will pick up their key card at the Service Center. To pick up your key card you need to show your identification and sign a contract. Visitors and guest of Epicenter are welcome to call us between 07:45-18:00 and shall always register at the Check-in Desk located by the main entrance. After office hours, members are responsible to let their guests in by themselves. When you enter or exit a door that is locked, make sure to use the door opener placed beside the door. Do not use the emergency handle! An alarm will sound if you use the emergency handle.

16 SECURITY AND ALARM Epicenter has an alarm system which is connected to Securitas, who responds to all emergencies. All entrance doors in the entire building are equipped with alarm modules and surveillance cameras. It’s very important that members and visitors understand and follow the following instructions:

• The emergency handles should never be used other than in emergency. All emergency handles are marked with signs. Use the door opener placed next to the door instead. If the emergency handle is used, an alarm will go off and the door will be set in open mode, which increases the risk of break-ins,

• All windows in the facility are provided with alarms and must remain closed at all times. There are three reasons why the windows should remain closed; a) Increased risk for break-ins, b) Ventilation in the facility will be disrupted, c) If windows are left open, water might leak in and cause damage.

The building is also equipped with fire sprinklers, signage and extinguishers. On floor 0, 1 and 3, evacuation plans can be found next to every exit/entrance door. On all other floors, member companies are responsible for the evacuation plans, emergency training of the staff and for additional fire emergency equipment. If a member makes fire alarm or burglar alarm go off by mistake, the member company is responsible for the cost of the security company visit.

17 VISITORS AT EPICENTER The Check-In Desk at Epicenter is supervised during office hours 07:45–18:00 every regular workday. The main entrance is open for visitors during these hours as well. All guests and visitors must register at the Check-in Desk, which is located in front of the revolving door by the main entrance. At the Check-in Desk, visitors and guests check in on iPads via the check-in system Envoy. The visitor will enter name of the host they are visiting and the member who awaits a visitor will get a text message and email saying that their visit is here. At the registration, a visitor’s badge will be printed. We ask visitors to keep the visitor badge visible when walking around at Epicenter. The guest will be offered coffee, tea, water and fruit and sit down to wait for their meeting after checking in. No pre-registration of visitors is needed, the registration of the guest is handled when they arrive at the Check-In Desk. After office hours, we recommend you keep phone contact with your guest and open the entrance door manually. Also, after office hours the host is responsible for the guest during their entire stay in the building.

18 CONFERENCE AND MEETING SPOTS

One of the main ideas at Epicenter is that innovation starts where there are interesting meetings between companies and individuals. Therefore, there are a lot of different and functional rooms and spaces for meetings and conversations at Epicenter. We have six different kinds of rooms and meeting spots based on needs.

• Meeting rooms for shorter meetings (30 minutes maximum), private conversations and meetings up to 4 persons.

• Phone rooms for shorter phone calls (30 minutes maximum) and private conversations.

• Flex meeting spots in the lounge areas.

• Conference rooms for conferences and meetings for 4-22 people.

• Facilities for workshop and educations.

• Event spaces for seminars and events up to 200 people. 1. Chat Rooms These rooms are meant for shorter 30-minute meetings or conversations and are located around the general areas on floor 0, 1 and 3. These rooms are marked with 30-minute rooms on the door. You are not able to book these rooms ahead and are free of charge for Epicenter members. There is no technical equipment in these rooms, but some of them have whiteboards. 2. Telephone Rooms The phone rooms are smaller rooms located around the general areas on floor 0, 1 and 3. Take your phone calls in these rooms or work privately for 30 minutes. You are not able to book the rooms ahead and are free of charge for all Epicenter members. The rooms are equipped with lounge chairs, pencils and paper. 3. Conference Rooms

Our conference rooms come in different sizes and designs depending on your needs. Ask our Service Team for help if you want to know which room suits you best. All conference rooms are bookable ahead and are equipped with chairs, table, Surface Hubs/TV screens, whiteboards, pencils and notebooks. Workshops and Educations Epicenter has facilities that work perfectly for workshops, educational classes and lectures. The furniture in these rooms are flexible and make it easy to set the room for different needs. Room 0.6X, a combination of 0.5 and 0.6, is an example of a perfect workshop room. 5. Event Spaces The events are an important part of the Epicenter community. Every year Epicenter hosts around 200+ events free of charge for our members. Get inspired, learn, develop and meet new people at these events. Members and externals can also use these spaces to arrange their own events. There are three event spaces that can be used in different ways. The Revelation Event Space fits up to 40 people in cinema-style sitting and is fully equipped with proper AV equipment for sound and vision. The space is located on the first floor. The main event space at Epicenter is called Disruption Hall and is located at ground floor just left to the entrance and next to the Service Center. This main space can either be used as one unit or separated into two different venues. The entire space fits up to 240 people. If you separate the entire venue, Disruption Hall East can fit up to 40 people and Disruption Hall West can fit up to 200 people. Full AV equipment for sound and vision is installed in the space. The Cuddle Puddle, placed on ground floor, is also available to book as an event space. This area is located in the open space area and separated with curtains, which is why it has certain limits. The space can fit up to 45 people and works perfectly for short lectures. Contact our event team for more information about Cuddle Puddle and reservation. 19 ROOM BOOKING Epicenter has a digital booking system for all room bookings at www.epicenteramsterdam.com. You enter the booking system by logging in with your

personal login. If you don’t have a login, contact our Service Team at hello@epicenteramsterdam.com. Check out Appendix 2 on how to use the website. The booking system makes it easy to book any conference room either on a computer or cell phone. The system keeps track of all bookings and for those members that have free hours included in their membership. Members will receive a monthly invoice of all room bookings made, where the free hours are deducted. If a room booking is cancelled 24 hours ahead of start time, there will be no charge. Between 24 hours and 1 hour before the start time, cancels will be charged with 50 % of the total rent. If a cancellation is made less than 1 hour in advance the entire amount will be charged.

20 PRINTING AND SCANNING To be able to print, copy or scan documents at any of our printers located on floor 0, 1 or 3 you need to install the printer, older systems might require you to download a driver. You’ll find a manual on how to do this by logging in at our website, press ”Help” and follow the link ”How do I use the shared printer?”. There are instructions and drivers for PC and Mac.

21 INVOICING Epicenter invoices every month. The membership fee is invoiced monthly or quarterly in advance (depending on membership) and services such as room bookings, catering and prints are invoiced separately arrears. If you have any questions regarding invoicing, please send your e-mail to finance@epicenteramsterdam.com.

22 PARKING GARAGE & BICYCLE PARKING Car parking is based on a monthly subscription where companies rent their private parking space. Parking spaces are handed out to members based on availability and on size of office space rented. Epicenter in total has 100 parking spaces and if you are interested in renting one, contact hello@epicenteramsterdam.com. Enter the garage via Fred Roeskestraat with your smart phone or access card. There are no dedicated spots, it’s a flexible system where you pick an open spot. It’s important that all member companies take responsibility on how many parking spots they have and whom from the company that is allowed to use the spots. The parking system is controlled by Skidata, which works with a license plate recognition. Member company representative who is in charge of parking from each company will get a demo on how the system works. The Skidata system will be up and running from June. Bicycle parking is located in the garage on ground level. To get there, enter via the big garage door located on Fred Roeskestraat with your smart phone or access card. In connection to the bicycle parking there are showers and restrooms available for use. There are 68 parking spots for bicycles available in the garage. These are not bookable. First come first served.

23 CLEANING AND GARBAGE The general areas around floor 0, 1 and 3 are cleaned on a daily basis. Studios are cleaned once a week, but garbage bins are emptied on a daily basis. Members at Private Offices is

responsible for their own cleaning. We recommend using the same cleaning company as the rest of the building. We use CSU and are happy to share their details upon request. All garbage on floor 0, 1 and 3 is handled by Epicenter. There are trash bins and containers for recycling placed around these floors where member can throw away their trash. If you have big amounts of garbage, please contact us at the Service Center and we will take care of it and bring it to the waste room. Only Epicenter staff and cleaning staff has access to the waste room. Confidential documents that should be destroyed can be thrown in the dedicated containers placed by the printers or at the Service Center. Members at Private Offices are responsible for handling their own garbage. This means that all waste from the Private Offices shall be put in the garbage room located on floor 0 by it’s cleaning staff. In the waste room, waste should be thrown in the dedicated containers – regular waste, office materials, glass or compost. These containers are emptied by our waste disposal company, Beleen, on a regular basis.

24 COMFORT AND CARE The main part of Epicenter is open for all members, and that is just the way we like it! This also means that there are certain demands on the care of the facility by our members. Please throw away your empty coffee cups and other waste when leaving the room. Also make sure that the doors close properly when you leave and don’t let any unauthorized people in the building. If anything is broken or out of order, please contact Service Center. We like animals, but unfortunately, they are not allowed to enter Epicenter due to allergies. This goes for all members and all rooms on floor 0, 1 and 3 with an exception for service dogs. Smoking is not allowed inside the building and is also prohibited minimum 7 meters from the entrances. 25 ERROR REPORTING Your member experience is what’s most important for us. We want all members to contact us if something is wrong or if something is out of order. You reach us at hello@epicenteramsterdam.com or directly at the Service Center. During office hours any errors can be reported to our Service Center. In emergencies or after office hours, please contact our service provider Bosman’s hotline.

APPENDIX 1. HOUSE RULES & TERMS OF CONDITION Membership Access to Epicenter is based on memberships. There are different membership categories depending on the individual member’s needs. Different memberships entail access and services are based on the membership, for example are knowledge members not allowed to sit in co-working areas. All restrictions and rules regarding each membership are listed in the contract.

Newsletter Note that all important news and updates regarding your Epicenter membership will be posted in the weekly newsletter sent by e-mail. Please make sure to read it through every week to take part of the latest news. You will get uplifted, enlightened – and from time to time – surprised, too!

Private Desks & Open Spaces At Epicenter, we share many spaces and the conditions to make this work are very simple – keep it clean and leave it as you would like to find it. Let’s create true togetherness.

Silent Zones We have a few silent zones around the open spaces on floor 0, 1 and 3. Don’t take any phone calls, meetings or do other things that might disturb others in these areas. Thanks!

Community Epicenter is not an office hotel where everyone hides behind closed doors and only minds their own business. Epicenter is a community of like-minded persons and companies at the heart of Amsterdam’s innovation and growth cluster. Members at Epicenter are expected to be an active part of the Epicenter community. We encourage and expect members to network and engage with other members. We encourage all members to arrange an event, happening or other elements that fellow members can take part of. Animals & Children at Epicenter We love animals, but they are not allowed in Epicenter due to allergies and hygiene. We love kids too. Appropriately supervised children are always welcome at Epicenter, but for everyone’s health benefit we ask you to please don’t bring kids who are not in school or kindergarten if they are too ill to be there. If so – spend time with them instead!

Event Sign Up & RSVP We regularly host events and happenings at Epicenter. This is all done for the benefit of our members. The events are posted on the website, the screens around the building, as well as in our weekly newsletter. Please don’t sign up for events and then don’t show up, as this means you’re taking places that could have benefited someone else. Abusing the event bookings may lead to exclusion from participation at future Epicenter events. Hey, we’re on this beautiful journey together!

Epicenter Team & Staff The Epicenter Team is a part of the community, as well as the staff of Yuc Restaurant and our cleaners. In the same respectful way that you treat each other amongst members, the same behaviour is required for all staff.

Guests & Visitors Members are allowed to bring guests and visitors to Epicenter. All visitors must register at the front desk and wear their visitor badge. Members are responsible for their visitors and that they follow these rules and policies. Conference Rooms Epicenter has 18 conference rooms. Rooms are booked either on the website, by the tablet outside the room or at Service Center. The room must always be booked if you want to use the room. Even if the door is open or if the room is available, all conference rooms must be booked for use. If a member uses a room without booking it, a warning will be sent. Too many warnings will lead to revocation of your membership. There are meeting rooms that are free of use. These can not be used more than 30 minutes at a time.

Event Spaces Epicenter has 3 event spaces. These spaces can only be booked by mailing us at event@epicenteramsterdam.com. The spaces must always be booked if you want to use them. Even if there’s no one there and the space looks available, the space must always be booked for use. If a member uses a space without booking it, a warning will be sent. Inventory All inventory at Epicenter must be handled with care. Please inform the Service Team if you notice something broken or damaged. If a member is caught stealing or damaging the inventory the member will immediately receive a revocation your membership.

Studios All studio members have a responsibility to keep their studio presentable and clean. There are regulations for what your allowed to change in your studio. Redecoration of the studio must be coordinated with Epicenter and the member is obliged to restore the studio to the original condition when leaving Epicenter. Food, Restaurant – and drinks! Outside food is not permitted at Epicenter. Co-working and Partner Desk members are allowed to bring cold and odour-free food from home to be consumed in the kitchen areas. We refer all members to use the excellent in-house restaurant Yuc Amsterdam. Yuc Amsterdam also holds a permit for serving alcohol in the building. It’s not permitted to bring and consume your own alcoholic beverages into the Epicenter building.

Storage All Co-working and Partner Desk members are allowed a personal locker for paperwork, office supplies and personal items. Do not leave your belongings at any desks, rooms or above lockers. Epicenter takes no responsibility for belongings and equipment within the building. To maintain our aesthetic environment, we ask you to keep your space neat and leave most of your belongings in your locker. If you need more space for storage, contact us at hello@amsterdam.com. Waste & Garbage We care about our facility and want to keep it as clean as possible. Please throw away your garbage in the trash bins around the building and if there’s something that doesn’t fit in these, drop it off at Service Center and we’ll take care of it. If a member needs help with carrying garbage away, let us know at hello@epicenteramsterdam.com. Illegal Substances No member or guest of a member shall use, ingest, possess or distribute illegal drugs or substances on Epicenter’s premises. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the Epicenter building at any time and neither is vaping. This also includes the areas around the entrances. No smoking is allowed within minimum 7 metres from the entrances. Interpretation of the Rules By signing a membership contract, all members agree to these terms and conditions which means that any interpretation of these rules will come with a warning or immediate revocation your membership. Epicenter reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time according to the terms set out in the agreement.

Epicenter Trademarks

Members and guests may not use the names, logos, trademarks, member information, pictures or other identifying features of Epicenter in any context without written permission from Epicenter.

Amendments & Additional Rules Epicenter may change any of the rules of membership by reasonable notice and communication to the members. Additional rules may be prescribed in specific areas of Epicenter, and the management of Epicenter may from time to time prescribe temporary rule changes or exceptions.

- HOW DO I MAKE A ROOM BOOKING?

The room booking can be found under “My services”.

1. Navigate to the room booking section.

2. Find an available room using provided room and date filters.

3. Click Book this room or directly on an available time.

4. Choose a start and end time.

5. Your name automatically appears in the ‘Select owner’ box. (If you need to change the owner

of the booking, please contact the Service Desk)

6. Under the ‘Price’ section, the free conference hours are mentioned. Your conference hours

will be deducted from your free hours. The price will always show, even if you have hours

left.

7. Optionally enter a message that will be sent to Epicenter staff, if you have any special

requirements for your booking.

- HOW DO I ADD CATERING TO MY CONFERENCE ROOM BOOKING?

Before you confirm your booking, you’ll find “would you like to order catering” down below. If you click on that you can choose what you want to order to your conference room and your request will be send to YUC directly. YUC will give you a confirmation on your catering. For any changes or questions, please contact YUC directly.

- HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

1. Navigate to your profile, where you see your upcoming bookings.

2. Click Cancel for the booking that you want to cancel.

3. Read and agree upon the cancellation policy for the booking and confirm if you want to

proceed with the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: within 24 hours’ notice 50% of the price will be charged.

within 1-hour notice 100% will be charged.

- HOW DO I USE THE SHARED PRINTER?

Currently we have 2 printers in the building; one on the ground floor, close to the coffee bar, and one on the third floor on the Transformation Ground. In the near future a printer will be placed on the first floor as well, we will keep you updated on this.

During the month of May you need to use a USB-stick in order to print your files. Simply stick in the USB with your files and follow the instructions on the screen. If you need any help, please contact the Service Desk.

- HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR EVENTS?

If you would like to participate on an upcoming event, please click on tab ‘Events’ on the first page and scroll down to the bottom on the page. On this page all the upcoming events can be found, in both Amsterdam and Stockholm. Just press the location section and click on the event that you would like to participate. It will take you to this page:

If you are already logged in, all your details will show up automatically. If you want to bring a friend or a non-member, they can visit our website www.epicenteramsterdam.com to see which events they can participate.

- WHERE CAN I FIND THE PRICES OF THE CONFERENCE ROOMS?

APPENDIX 3. YUC INTRODUCTION AND TERMS & CONDITIONS YUC is a hospitality group founded in Sweden. It all started with three partners opening up a Mexican restaurant in Stockholm. ‘YUC MEXICAN’ soon became a place where friends would gather to enjoy a good meal and a cocktail before heading off to the party on the weekends. The concept developed itself as being the best pre-party in town and became well known for its fun and laidback atmosphere. A hotspot to say at the least. After ‘YUC MEXICAN’s great success, the owners decided to expand and opened up another restaurant in the Epicenter building in Stockholm with an Asian twist. ‘YUC LATASIAN’ was born! Still focused on delivering the best pre-party in a different shape with a more high-end feeling, but still a lot of fun and good cocktails and music. This is now YUC’s third restaurant and are proud to be the first international sister to join the family. Here in Epicenter Amsterdam, YUC will adapt an eco-friendly and sustainable concept, serving healthy and high-quality breakfast and lunch for all members of Epicenter. We have two floors, YUC STREET and YUC RESTAURANT. On the ground floor at YUC STREET we will be serving easy To- Go items, coffee and tea, juices, smoothies and soft drinks. On the third floor at YUC RESTAURANT, we will open up as a real restaurant serving a breakfast buffet in the morning and at lunch time, a salad buffet filled with fresh vegetables and proteins, soups, sandwiches and even a changing menu for hot lunches prepared in our open kitchen, so you can see the chefs creating their magic! Since YUC in Sweden is known for being the best pre-party in town, the goal is to eventually host frequent after work drinks and come up with a fun program for those of you who like to relax a bit after a long day of work and who want to join the pre-party here in Amsterdam. Since YUC is new here as well and still in the process of developing and improving the concept, feedback is welcome! Please stop by if you have a creative idea. After having said this, here are a few guidelines/ house rules to keep the flow of communication going smoothly and to insure the best service possible. Please consider the following:

1. Please don’t take any cutlery, glass work and plates, outside of the restaurant. 2. The terrace is a none-smoking area. 3. The restaurant area is meant for paying guests. If you decide to take your own food with you,

you must sit outside of the restaurant area. 4. YUC is a No Cash facility, so please bring your card to complete payment. 5. YUC doesn’t take any personal accounts or tabs. If you wish to open up an account, please

send an email to amsterdam@yuc.se stating your company name and the names of the people that will be allowed to use this account. Once a month, in the last week of every month, this account must be paid for either by card or through invoice. If the account is not paid for on time the account will be closed until payment has been completed.

6. For private events or any other catering requests please send an email to eventams@yuc.se and note that there is an advance booking policy: (Of course with flexibility depending on the request)

>100 people – 2 weeks request <100people – 1 weeks request Smaller in-house catering/conference room requests – 48h notice if special preferences are included, if not 24h notice. Note that if the booking requires anything from Epicenter the request have to go through Epicenter first.

7. Soon YUC is launching their own app where you can order directly through your phone and also pay directly in the app. There will be several discounts in the app from time to time.
