The S-line consists of two product ranges. Both models have the same basic construc-tion and principle of operation, but some of their features differ.

• The AirStreamerPlus™ is the standard model, recommended for hatcheries that prefer interaction with the incuba-tion parameter settings, based on the hatchery manager’s experience.

• The BioStreamer™ is the top-of-the- range model, recommended for hatch-eries that want to achieve the highest possible number and quality of chicks in a fully automated way. It adds an ad-vanced user interface and autopilot functions based on Embryo-Response IncubationTM parameters.

By on-line diagnosis of the incubation parameters, the system constantly and interactively adapts them to create the optimal environment for each specific batch of eggs.

Monitoring and control

Petersime’s Eagle Eye™ is a revolutionary software package that allows hatchery managers to monitor and control their entire hatchery from one single Command Centre PC. It provides anintegrated solution for all of the key parameters and settings in the hatchery: incubators, room conditions, cooling water tem-peratures, parameters related to air handling, etc.

HVACPetersime’s Project Department designs and installs tailor-made hatchery air han-dling and air conditioning systems for the most varied climates.

TrolleysOur trolleys are welded solidly and have an extra coating that protects them from cor-rosion. All Petersime trolleys are suitable for automated washing systems. They have an ergonomic design and low roll resistance, making them easy to handle.

AutomationYou can opt for a completely automated hatchery or decide to automate or semi-automate certain parts of your hatchery. Petersime assists you in selecting the best equipment in all these cases.

Trays and basketsPetersime has developed solid but light-weight trays and baskets that are designed for intensive use. They are washable in au-tomatic washing machines up to 85° and have excellent chemical resistance, rigidity and dimensional stability for optimum use in hatchery automation systems.
