Two pillar systems Aluminium profile rail system ALFREI_AL This system combines the various advantages of ALFREI with a reduced assembly effort and a minimum number of required system parts. The piles and struts are aluminium profiles as are the carriage and assembly profile rails. These are designed and manufactured to fit with your desired module angle. ALFREI_AL_BF (aluminium profile rail system on concrete foundation) This system with high quality beams, supports, carrier and mounting rails can also be design- ed for a concrete foundation. The angles are delivered pre-assem- bled and therefore can be easily fixed to the concrete strip founda- tions or existing concrete areas. This reduces the assembly effort required. Delivery includes fixing anchor and dowel technology. ALFREI_AL_DF (aluminium profile system on screw foundation) ALFREI_AL_DF has been optimised for the fixing to screw foundations with pre-assembled angles which reduces the work effort required. Corrosion resistant stainless steel bases are used to connect the steel tubing frame to the screw foundation. Aluminium angle system ALFREI_WK This system uses an assembly principle similar to the flat roof system ALFLACH. It consists of aluminium angles and generally is distinguished from ALFLACH by not having a continuous base rail. The foundation is either con- crete strips or existing concrete flooring. Other foundation options are also available. The angle of the modules is adjusted to the site requirements. ALFREI_RAMM_2P (Pile foundation with two pillars) If you have a small surface area available, option ALFREI_RAMM_2P with two pillars offers maximum yield. Even with two pile founda- tions, this two pillar system is quickly assembled. Cross beams or diagonal struts are not required as the pillars are fixed to the ground. The large width between supports distinguishes this system. The angles are defined through positioning of the piles but can be corrected by changing the depth of the pile driving. The bracket that has been developed as connection between the pile and frame, is independent from the required angle and pre-assembled for an uncomplicated assembly. Steel tubing system ALFREI_ST This system is suitable for high loads due to its steel tubing construction. Cross beams and diagonal struts make the structure rigid against side forces, especially those caused by wind. This pre- vents the need for large diameters piles and therefore saves material. In addition the system is height adjustable. ALFREI_ST_BF (steel tubing system on concrete foundation) The steel tubing system for concrete is a compelling choice as it offers optimum material use. The fasteners as well as concrete strips and existing concrete flooring fulfil the static requirements. Delivery includes fixing anchor and dowel technology. We can also offer design of the concrete elements if required. ALFREI_ST_DF (steel tubing system on screw foundation) ALFREI_ST_DF can cope with the worst soil conditions. This option of the system is fixed with established screw foundations. Especially for sandy or gravelly grounds which don’t offer pile foundations enough opportunity to distribute the weight, are screw foundations the best solution. As the foundations are screwed, it enables the system to withstand the largest possible extraction forces. Additionally, the ability to adjust the height of the pillars allows for assembly on uneven grounds. Pile foundation system ALFREI_RAMM

Pile foundations are used for this one pillar system. This optimises longevity, material use and assembly eff ort required. The frame is connected with a prop head suitable for the occurring forces. This is manufactured specifi cally for the required module pitch. The foundation is especiallysuitable for soil classes 3 to 5. A ground survey confi rms the pile driveability and the required depth.

ALFREI_RAMM_BF(pile foundation system on concrete foundation)

This system off ers a creative solution as it combines the advantages of the pile founda-tion system with a concrete foundation. Using a matching counterpart (“base”) into which the pile can be inserted, allows the system to be used on ground which cannot be penetrated. In this case strip foundations are commonly used which off er the best possible material use. This also off ers the opportunity to use pre-existing concrete areas, such as on airports or barracks.
