Managing and creating a seminar is a challenge thing, especially we are in the

program committee. For me it was very fun experience although samoetimes we gettired of having meeting every after class, tired drafting and cutting of letters, but inspite

of these, we create a special bonding within our group, also from the different

committee. Eventhough were lacking of resources and materials, we still think not topanic that everything can be solve by being resourceful.

Because of the helped of each members and different committee we built a

successful and knowledgeable seminar by means of exchanging ideas and beingapproachable to one another.

The budget committee is composed of 11 students namely Sheln Kayzl Abina, Maricel Agrav

Cristine Barrios, Ma. Janelyn Benito, Mellie Rose Garino, Marie Joy Idos, Efren Mariano, Ana Crist

Marquez, Rowena Marie Nadres, Rhey Anthony Reyes and Irene Tiffany Santos. We are responsiblecollecting the funds and auditing the receipts that was used in the seminar.

The task was delegated to each member. The members are asked to take part in collecting mo

in each student of BSN 4B2-4. Seventy seven (77) pesos per student was collected, to sum up the bud

of three thousand five hundred pesos (3500). Some donations of good hearted classmates of our excetheir payment.

The receipts were obtained from each committee who used the funds to come up with a goodseminar. Each members of the budget committee help audit all the expenses.The following are the au

amount that was used in the Seminar.

Congratulations for a job well done BSN 4B2- 4. the seminar was finally doneand we will got good remarks from our advisers. Everyone did their part for the

success of the said event. The venue was well prepared and conditioned. Even though

we only have P 3,500 php budget we still managed to go through the expenses.
