Arrival Meet & Assist at the Dubai International Airport by Incentive Connections Airport Representative

Incentive Connections Meet & Assist consists of welcoming guests outside the Arrival Terminal. Our Representatives will have signages with the group’s logo and will direct guests accordingly. Other staff will be onsite to escort guests to the awaiting vehicles.

Loaders will take care of loading the luggage in the luggage compartment of the coaches.

Alternatively, we can arrange for VIP Meet & Greet at Dubai Airport. The Shooting Club at Jebel Ali Golf Resort and Spa has an impressive fortress style architecture . The Club has both indoor and outdoor shooting academies, which have been built to exacting international safety standards, helping to make the exciting sport of recreational and competitive shooting easily accessible to all.

The club features outdoor floodlit Trap, Skeet and Sporting ranges, as well as a Pistol and Archery range.

The Olympic Trap is one of the disciplines which form part of the shooting program at the Olympic Games. There are five shooting stations with a set of three trap machines throwing targets at 70 - 75 metres for each station. Six shooters can start as a squad and keep on taking their turns clockwise on each station.

The Pistol range is a fully air-conditioned 25 metre with five lane shooting facility while archery will be in the indoor air-conditioned 18 meters wth four stations archery range with a choice of strong and light recurve bows.

The group will be divided into 3 teams. After the group briefing, each team will start on a particular range and then rotate so that everyone gets to experience the 3 different ranges. Time and precision will be the deciding factor for the winning team.

The Award Ceremony will be at the Shooters Restaurant around cocktails. Shooters is ideal when combining dining with a bit of unusual entertainment. The circular floor-to-ceiling glass wall allows unimpeded views of the clay shooting ranges below and the outdoor terrace.

Our first stop is Madinat Souk located in hip Jumeirah, is an open air market and has the feel of an Arabian Bazaar. There are 75 specialized shops that sell everything from designer wear to traditional arts and crafts

We then move on to the Karama Market. A sprawling array of small shops and restaurants, Karama is a bargain-hunter’s playground. Soaking up the atmosphere, shoppers can browse and choose from shoes made in Lebanon, T-shirts from Thailand and handbags from China. The Dubai shopping scene offers something for everyone. Apart from competitively priced electronic products, watches, cameras and other international items, popular traditional gift items can also be purchased.

After Karama, we proceed to Mall of the Emirates OR Dubai Mall - the ultimate leisure, entertainment and shopping resort. Strategically located in the heart of what is now deemed ‘New Dubai’. This 223,000 square meter centre is home to over 450 retailers and features a complete range of entertainment options including Ski Dubai, the first indoor ski destination in the Middle East. After the Souks, the group is transferred to the Dubai Creek to board a traditional wooden boat (Dhow) for an exclusive 2 hrs cruise with dinner.

Cruising down Dubai Creek is a unique experience. The creek, in fact is the heart of Dubai. Guests will sail past the Old town, as well as magnificent modern skyscrapers that cast their reflection on the creek.

The Dhow will be exclusively booked for the group with tables on both lower and upper deck.

Guests will be first welcome with arabic coffee and dates and throughoutthe cruise will be entertained with soft arabic background music. Each deck will have its own buffet and bar and guests will feast on a delectable choice of authentic Arabic buffet with an international twist.

A full open bar will be available for the guests.

Day 3:

The journey begins at a location near the Burj Al Arab, for a great photo opportunity of the world’s first seven-star hotel. Our next stop is The Palm Jumeirah, an artificial island in the shape of a palm tree. Driving across its trunk, we take a closer look at its themed boutique hotels, signature villas, apartment buildings and a variety of retail outlets. We then drive to the new marina for more photo opportunities.

Our final stop is the Souk Al Bahar, located at the Old Town in the vicinity of the Burj Khalifa. Themed as a traditional Arabian marketplace, it offers a range of shopping and dining choices. It is an ideal vantage point to capture dramatic shots of the Burj Khalifa soaring into the skies above.

The Bastakia Quarter in Bur Dubai is one of the city’s most picturesque heritage sites. It was built in the late 19th century by Persian merchants attracted to the city by its relaxed trade tariffs . Guests are welcome to explore its labyrinthine lanes lined with traditional wind-tower architecture before proceeding to Dubai Museum. The museum house in the city’s oldest fort (Fort Fahidi) teaches about the Bedouin past of the country when it depended on trade and pearl diving.

Guests continue their journey by ‘Abra’ – the local water taxis or wooden dhows that criss-cross the Creek onto the bustling alleys of their next destination – the world-renowned gold and spice souks. A wonderfully different experience, the spice souk has narrow streets and an aroma so unique, it's like walking into another era.

Abu Dhabi is the capital and largest of the seven Emirates. Known as the third most beautiful city. Abu Dhabi, or the father of the gazelle as it is known, is situated about 170Kms South West of Dubai.

During this full day tour, guests will be able to discover both the cultural and cosmopolitan side of Abu Dhabi.

The first stop will be The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque which is claimed to be one of the largest mosque in the world holding at least 30, 000 worshippers at a time. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is named after the revered His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, late president of UAE. Ladies will be offered abayas and head scarf before entering the mosque.

We then proceed to the city centre for a quick visit at Al Husa Fort, which was the original home of the ruling family followed by photo stops on the Corniche and the most luxurious and elaborate hotel, Emirates Palace Hotel.

Visit at the Heritage Village which is a replica of an authentic Bedouin encampment before oil wealth struck the area. Mud-brick houses, a traditional mosque, shopping in a traditional souq, taking a camel ride and watching a demonstration of the sport of falconry are highlights of the village.

The second part of the tour highlights all the ongoing multi-million projects in Abu Dhabi. A drive around the Yas Island which is an island strategically located between the coast and city of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with a range of world-class hotels, theme parks, golf courses, mega malls, apartments and villas, and much more

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is the world's first Ferrari theme park and the largest attraction of its kind. It will open on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi in the second half of 2010. We suggest lunch and some free time to enjoy the much awaited Ferrari rides at Ferrari World before driving back to Dubai.

This museum is an amazing private collection of H.H. Sheikh Hamad Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan.

The collection houses a vast array of cars and other vehicles; some seemingly bought from owners there and then, such as a customised camper van, others received as presents from all around the world. While some have been kept as originally intended, others have been modified to suit the Sheikh's preference.

You will find several Mercedes, one in each colour of the rainbow for each day of the week. And they are all fitted with conveniences such as refrigerators and TV. A number of other vehicles are also rainbow coloured or have a rainbow logo painted on them and have matching seats and hubcaps.

There are a number of military vehicles into which children are allowed to climb; one even has a golfing range on top.

The Dodge comes in all sizes but none is as impressive as the 5-metre-high model with a complete apartment under its roof. It was parked next to some dune-bashing monstrosities and a shiny see-through disco car.

Shopping SpreeDay 5:

In the morning group will have a meeting at the hotel and spouses time at leisure.Spouses will join for lunch at the hotel.

In the afternoon guests will set out to discover the majestic desert and learn more about the Bedouin past of the Emiratis.

Guests will travel in 4WD cars driven by our experienced Safari Drivers. With a maximum 4 passengers per jeep for comfort and safety. The group will travel in convoys of 32 vehicles for an optimum desert experience + 3 x 4WD car as a back up & lead cars

After approximately 50 minutes drive by road, the convoy will arrive at the edge of the desert where the drivers will prepare the vehicles for the drive through the dunes. Dune bashing literally means bashing the dunes with the thrill of going up and down, provoking shrieks of laughter and tons of excitement.

Its time for some adventure. the group will get an opportunity to explore the Arabian Desert.

We will split the group on a small teams for the activities.

Quad Bike: Teams will have to complete a circuit by Quad bikes.

Sand boarding: Timed activity where participants will have to descent one of the high dunes by sand boards.

Dune Driving: Participants will have to drive over the dunes in 4WDS. This activity requires a lot of driving skills and control on sand.

Self Drive: The group will get an opportunity to drive in the desert.

Cocktail Reception in the middle of the Desert

Just before sunset, the convoy reaches the sunset bar with will be exclusively set up atop a dune in the middle of the desert. There guests will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine. As guests unwind and mingle they can almost feel the silence of the desert while watching the stunning vistas of endless dunes and the magical desert sunset.

After sunset, the convoy will proceed to the Bedouin Village. The Incentive Connections campsite is a replica of a traditional Bedouin village and is set in a valley surrounded by high sand dunes. It is made up of typical Bedouin tents set with oriental carpets, cushions and lanterns.

Optional Falcon hunting being a Bedouin tradition as well as the most popular local sport, an interactive falcon hunting & training show will be performed for the group

OPTIONAL: Falcon display can be arranged to give the guests a rare opportunity of witnessing the agility and speed of these magnificent birds as well as hearing about the training and care from an expert falconer. Falconry is one of the national sports of the United Arab Emirates.

Police GagJust before sunset, the convoy reaches the sunset bar with will be exclusively set up atop a dune in the middle of the desert. There guests will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine. As guests unwind and mingle they can almost feel the silence of the desert while watching the stunning vistas of endless dunes and the magical desert sunset.

After sunset when everyone is having his glass of sparkling wine suddenly police officers will come with a police ambush. The VIP of the group will be arrested for serving alcohol in the desert. We will have 2 personnel dress as local desert police and 01 x 4WD for transfer will be used. They will inform the group that VIP is taken to police station, group incharge will sit along with VIP and will drive away.

After this episode group will be nervous and will proceed to the Bedouin campsite for BBQ Dinner under the stars. Where they will discover that VIP and group incharge welcome them with drinks. This will be talk for the whole evening and something that guests will remember for long time.

HOWEVER, IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT GROUP COULD HELD SUCH HUMOR, AS SOME GUESTS OR COMPANY FIND THIS OFFENSIVE.

Tanoura dance is the Egyptian theatrical version of the Whirling Dervish. The Tanoura dancer spins for a long time and does some tricks with his skirt.

When the tanoura dancer moves himself, he is like the sun and the dancers around him like the planets. The dancer unties and removes 2 different skirts during the finale. Their various roundabouts symbolize the succession of the four seasons.

When the dancer raises his right arm up and points his left arm down, this represents the joining of earth and heaven together. When he turns himself around, it is said that he enters a trance-like state, trying to become light and go up to heaven.

This style of dance is a woman’s dance from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States. The dancers wear a very Full, often highly embroidered, caftan called a 'thobe nashal', most movements are centered on the shoulders, and there is a distinctive hair toss. It is sometimes called a hair dance because the hair is worn long & loose & is swung from side to side & tossed in circles & the figure 8’s.the emphasis is in movement in the delicate footwork & in the upper body.Khaleeji is the Arabic term for the “gulf”.

In Egyptian culture, the Zaffa dance or Arabic wedding march, is a musical procession of bendir drums, bagpipes, horns, belly dancers and men carrying flaming swords. This announces that the marriage is about to begin. A kind of welcome dance to bring the bride and groom into the wedding reception hall.ca

These performers come in a group of 10 . Their performance is done in lines that may break off into formations. Dancers may join hands or put them on their hips with elbows out. The steps involve hopping, skipping, fancy foot work and stomping rhythmically. PS ; Sound system may be required for their backing music

Arabic Bread-baking Lady

A great way to have a closer look at the famous islands development of Dubai, is by sailing around them.

Guests will be transferred to Dubai Marina Yacht Club which is set in the heart of ‘New Dubai’, the Dubai Marina Yacht Club (DMYC) is one of the largest private yacht clubs in the world, with a stunning purpose-built clubhouse and four marinas spread over a manmade 3.5-kilometre canal.

Here guests will board a dhow which will transfer them to a catamarans built to glide through the water, offering a quiet and very comfortable sailing experience whether you enjoy the cruise from the center platform or on the trampolines.

The catamarans will sail along the Dubai coastline and around the Palm Jumeirah on of the 3 man made islands in the shape of a palm tree which is already hailed as the 8th wonder of the world. Guests will also have the opportunity to see the impressive Atlantis, The Palm from the sea.

The cruise continues towards the iconic Burj Al Arab where the crew will drop the anchor. Whilst guests enjoy a bit of swimming and snorkeling, the crew will prepare the BBQ onboard.

After lunch, the catamarans will sail back to the Dubai Marina Yacht Club and guests will then be transferred back to the hotel

The Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club is rated as the best of its kind in the world and is the most elegant and exclusive place in Dubai. The magnificent clubhouse—its design mirroring the sails of the traditional Arabian Dhow—became an instant landmark when opened in 1993.

In the evening guests would arrive at the dinner venue where white gloved waiters would welcome the guests, serving glasses of sparkling wine or champagne.

Dinner will be arranged exclusively at the poolside terrace of the clubhouse. Tables of 10 will be set up in the elegant theme of the evening - “White and Gold”. The chair covers will alternate in white and gold, with the table in a white underlay and gold overlay, white and gold candle centre pieces with white flower arrangements and white and gold napkins intertwined complete this theme.

The poolside terrace is ideal for a formal sit down 3 course meal where the guests can enjoy a fabulous meal in beautiful surroundings and view over the creek.

Optional:A projection of the company’s logo can be displayed on the sails of the creek golf club that is visible from across the creek. As the group approaches the creek golf club, they can see the projection of their corporate logo, which will be displayed throughout dinner.
