JOINT STIPULATION TO DISMISS ACTION

Plaintiffs ACORN and Dionne O’Neal (“Plaintiffs”) have entered into a Settlement

Agreement with the remaining defendants in this action Ronald J. Levy, Director of the Missouri

Department of Social Services, and Alyson Campbell, Director of the Missouri Family Support Division

(“Defendants”). Ms. Campbell, as the new Director of the Family Support Division, succeeds Valerie

Davis as a defendant pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 25(d). The Settlement Agreement

between Plaintiffs and Defendants, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, resolves all of Plaintiffs’

claims. Accordingly, the parties jointly stipulate to dismiss this action pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal

Rules of Civil Procedure.
