companies in the United Arab Emirates with expertise in

construction development of commercial, residential and

infrastructure projects. United Seven has both public and

United Seven Constructions LLC was established in 2007 by

the founder of the company Mr. Saif Al Ghurair in collaboration

with Al Ghurair Investments and ETA ASCON conglomerate.

construction under one roof and the inception of United Seven

is the fulfillment of this vision. The company aims to hold a

reasonable market share of the rapid growing construction

ETA Mechanical Engineering

Established in 1976, ETA-Mechanical Engineering division

specializes in steel fabrication works. A member of the

Steel Construction Institution (SCI), UK and a leader in steel

fabrication in the UAE, the division has been awarded the BS

EN ISO 9001:1994 certification for quality management system

approved by Lloyd’s Quality Assurance Register, UK.

With its team of qualified engineers and skilled technicians,

ETA – Mechanical Engineering executes projects of magnitude

with a high degree of precision. Several prestigious projects

have been executed by the division, catering to the needs

of government establishments, oil and gas companies,

municipalities, electricity and water departments, cement

plants and other industries.

ETA Profile

Established in 1995, the profile division has manufactured and

supplied more than 3.5 million sq. m. of roof and wall cladding

material to the construction industry in the UAE. Sustained

quality assurance has helped ETA-profile to achieve BS EN

ISO 9002:1994 certification for quality management system

approved by Lloyd’s Quality Assurance Register, UK.

Modern PLC roll-forming machines produce profiled sheets of

aluminum and galvanized steel for warehouses and cloisters,

with an excellent finish and accurate dimensions. Other

products include Z-purlins, stud and tracks for partition walls

and cable trays all using G.I. coils. ETA- Profiles is one of the

few companies in Dubai to have its own coil- slitting machine.

ETA Mechanical & Electrical

The Mechanical & Electrical division (M&E) has been a

forerunner in the field of electromechanical contracting in

the UAE. The Division offers a wide range of services such

as design, supply and installation of Air conditioning,

Electrical, Sanitary, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV

& BMS System etc.

Fully computerized design facilities coupled with advanced

technical and engineering skills, M&E have carried out

environmental control for a number of prestigious buildings,

both commercial and residential, hotels, shopping malls,

banks, cinemas, hospitals, universities, airports,

railways/ metro stations, IT parks, communication

and industrial projects.

Gulf District Cooling

Gulf District Cooling (GDC) has introduced a new and

innovative concept of providing chilled water for residential/

office complexes as a township. It provides the users with a

very effective air conditioning system and substantial saving

in power consumption. GDC executes District Cooling System.

ETA MELCO

ETA MELCO Elevator Company is a joint venture between ETA,

Dubai and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Japan, one of the

most advanced elevator/escalator manufacturers in the world.

Our group is diversified into all fields of the contracting and construction industry across the United Arab Emirates.

Star Cement

As ETA-ASCON group’s expertise in clinker procurement and

handling grew, it decided to venture into manufacturing of

cement. ETA-ASCON has established five state-of-the-art

cement plants in:

n Ajman 1,000,000 MTPA Clinker Grinding.

n Abu Dhabi 600,000 MTPA Clinker Grinding.

n Bahrain 500,000 MTPA Clinker Grinding.

n Bangladesh 600,000 MTPA Clinker Grinding.

n Sudan 400,000 MTPA Cement Storage and Packing.

These provide a total installed capacity of 3.1 million metric

tons per annum.

Star Cement strives for excellence and produces quality

ordinary Portland cement, sulfate resistant cement

and moderate sulfate resistant cement used in

infrastructure projects.

National Cement Company

The company was established in 1968 under the guidance of

the late ruler of Dubai H.H.Sheikh Rashid. It was his vision to

create new avenues for industry using local resources and local

raw materials. Accordingly, National Cement was set up to

produce the base material to fuel the anticipated construction

boom in the UAE and the region.

National Cement primarily servers the UAE and GCC markets

with an array of branded cement products.

Today with an annual production capacity of more than 1.5

million tons of cement, National Cement is one of the largest

cement manufacturers in the UAE.

Emirates Ducts

Emirates Ducts, with a capacity to manufacture 40,000 sq. ft

Air Distribution per day of ducts and accessories, is a well-

known name in the air distribution system manufacturing sector.

Rectangular Ducts, Round Ducts in GI, Stainless Steel and

Aluminum, Pre-Insulated Foam Ducts, Fire Rated Ducts,

Flexible Ducts, Acoustic Plenum Boxes, Panels, Sound

Attenuators, Access Doors, Filters etc. are manufactured

under license agreements with renowned companies namely

Ocean Fire Protective Coating Inc., USA, Interlock, UK and

Spiro, Switzerland.

ETA Windows

ETA Windows introduces new building materials to the

construction industry in the UAE through extensive

foreign collaborations.

Within the Gulf region, the division has executed cladding

works exceeding 700,000 sq. m. With a fully equipped

production facility at Al Quoz and with the most advanced

machinery, supported by trained Engineers, Architects and

Staff, it can execute Alpolic, Alook-ex, Stainless steel &

titanium composite cladding works, uPVC windows & doors

projects of any magnitude and complexity conforming to

international standards.

Arabian Aluminum

Arabian Aluminum Co. LLC,part of Al Ghurair Construction

Industries LLC and a member of Abdulla A. Al Ghurair Group

of Companies, was established in 1967. The company was

the first in the UAE region to market, design, and manufacture

and install architectural aluminum and glass elements, and is a

pioneer leader in this field.

For over 35 years the company has evolved to offer a

comprehensive range of products & services of Aluminum,

Steel & Stainless Steel fabrication structures and its in-fills

for buildings & industries, which meet customer needs

and expectations.

The company is managed by a highly qualified and

experienced team, coupled with the most modern production

facilities in the market, which forms the solid base for the

execution of any range of projects in the UAE and Gulf region.

The company’s vast experience in project implementation

and strong financial backing provides the customer with

The management of Arabian Aluminum is committed to the

ETA Joinery provides wood joinery services to Royal

With its in-house team of specialists, artisans, craftsmen

and together with own manufacturing facility at Al Quoz, ETA

Joinery is able to create and provide new dimensions in design

and finish beautifully.

ETA Joinery executes projects to the highest level of

quality and to the complete satisfaction of clients on time

ASCON Marble & Granite

The ASCON Marble & Granite division was established in

1992 as a subsidiary to cater to the in-house construction

division. Effective marketing and quality service has since

enabled the division to grow to become one of the leading

marble contractors in the UAE, supplying all types of marble

and granite products to palaces, commercial and residential

towers, hotels and mosques.

The division imports top-quality marble and granite from

countries around the world including Italy, Spain, India and

Brazil. It is then processed in the division’s factory at Al Quoz,

which is equipped with modern, fully automatic machinery

for normal cutting, water jet pattern cutting, polishing plant,

technical and specific finishing of the stone, all under the

capable supervision of a qualified technical team.

The division has a design team working with advanced

design technology, which provides detailed architectural

shop drawings, together with fixing methods and other

technical information.

Arabian Concrete Products

Arabian Concrete Products Co. LLC, part of Al Ghurair

Construction Industries LLC and a member of Abdulla

A. Al Ghurair Group of Companies, was established as a

manufacturer of concrete blocks in 1976, and since then over

150 million concrete blocks were successfully manufactured

and delivered to various construction projects

in the U.A.E.

In 1994, N.C.P. commissioned a new modern German

plant which is fully computerized, and is one of the most

sophisticated of its kind in the world. With this new plant

N.C.P’s production capacity was tripled to over 12 million

blocks per year, as well as diversifying to new products such

as insulated styrol blocks, light weight blocks, and interlocking

paving stones.

N.C.P. has always been best known for the unique standard

of its product quality, and service. In July 1997 N.C.P. was

one of the first concrete products companies in the region to

successfully obtain ISO 9001 certificate of approval from TUV

CERT for its quality management system.

Arabian Mix

Arabian Mix has always been best known for the unique

standard of its concrete quality, service and technical

expertise. Arabian Mix Co. LLC, part of Al Ghurair Construction


of Companies, was established as a ready mix supplier in

1985, and since then over 8,000,000 M3 of RMC has been

successfully delivered to various construction projects in

Dubai. Opening from Al Quoz and Jebel Ali with a production

capacity of over 380 cubic meters per hour, the plants are

fully computerized.

Al Ghurair Arabian Foundations Engineering

Arabian Forasol Foundations LLC is a privately owned Ground

Engineering company. It was established in 2004 to satisfy the

needs of large Ground Engineering contracts in and around the

United Arab Emirates and the Middle East.

Arabian Forasol Foundations LLC is formed by two worldwide-

known companies: Al Ghurair Construction Industries which

is part of Abdulla A. Al Ghurair Group of Companies, based in

Dubai, and Forasol Middle East, a fully owned subsidiary of

Forasol SA, based in Switzerland.

Forasol SA is one of the leading special foundations and

ground engineering contractors in Switzerland. Since it was

founded in 1973, Forasol SA has had a successful history of

providing ground improvements, stabilization and foundation

of Companies, was established in the year 1978 for processing

and fixing of granite, marble and stone works required for

interior decoration or exterior landscaping, across a broad

range of buildings and villas.

since its inception has earned a good name in the market

as a reputable specialist contractor for marble & granite

works. Excellent product quality is consistently supplied, and

UMMC became well known for good workmanship, technical
