The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association’s Federal Employees Health Benefits Plan experienced some changes from the High and low option plans that the researchers recorded.

- If an employee received Health Benefits there were two options:1. High-option plan : 20% copayment and a $100 deductible 2. Low- option plan: 25% copayment and a $ 200

deductible.This would depend on what kind of insurance you would qualify

for.

This probably means that employees aren’t getting paid well and or not enough. And it also depends on the economical issues within the community.

The social collectivity within blue cross blue shield is that they give quality, secure, and affordable health care insurance to those in need.

There are many programs within their organization that they handle like: Obesity Prevention, Medical and financial assistance, maternal and child programs, school programs and more.

Blue Cross Blue Shield companies make differences within their community to ensure that people are getting the quality, affordable, and secured health care insurance possible.
