You can get a range of small or large lemon meringues from your PnP bakery. For a home-made touch, you can opt for this no-fuss fridge alternative

Place 8 broken Tennis biscuits in ramekins or little bowls. Whisk

1 cup (125g) Cremora powder and 1 cup (250ml) hot water together until smooth. Refrigerate. Whisk 1 can (385g) condensed milk and

cold Cremora together. Add ½ cup (125ml) lemon juice in a thin stream while whisking. Spoon onto biscuit

bases. Add a little yellow food colouring and swirl with a toothpick for a marbled effect (optional). Top with store-bought meringue kisses.
