In the past, also people can’t eat eggs or milk. In Spain is typical eat french toast, cod, hard-boiled egg and garlic soup… French toast: It’s a toast with milk and cover in egg. Also, people add cinnamon and honey. It’s not french. Cod: It’s usually eat salting cod or with the Vigilia potage. Hard-boiled egg. Garlic soup: With stale bread and pepper (It remember the meat).
