In Spain, in the holy week, Christians musn’t eat red meat or write meat, all the meat in general. The church say that people can’t eat meat on Fridays because it represents the body of Jesus Christ. In the past, also people can’t eat eggs or milk. In Spain is typical eat french toast, cod, hard-boiled egg and garlic soupFrench toast: It’s a toast with milk and cover in egg. Also, people add cinnamon and honey. It’s not french. Cod: It’s usually eat salting cod or with the Vigilia potage. Hard-boiled egg. Garlic soup: With stale bread and pepper (It remember the meat).
