Program Overview Transforming
professionals and leaders, enabling them to optimize teams, drive impact, and build performance for life.
Context is key, and in the modern digital era, a new context is redefining the nature of the workplace. Lack of innovation, engagement, and productivity represent real threats to business performance and growth. Now more than ever, senior leaders equipped with the new models of leadership will have an edge where sustainable high performance and growth are required. These leaders of tomorrow need to be capable of inspiring their workforce using innovative, positive, and financially sound solutions. The Executive Master in Positive Leadership & Transformation is a journey of inner transformation that is inextricably linked to external results—for individuals, businesses, and the people they serve. Experience mindset shifts and behavioral change rooted in science, and harness them to lead change initiatives with exceptional results. Positive leadership is more than a series of best practices—it is emerging as one of the most important human-centered value differentiators in an increasingly competitive and fast-changing business landscape.
As an experienced professional and leader, you lead differently during times of change versus relatively stable times.

QUICK FACTS
WHY POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY?
Technology has unlocked a world of unlimited possibilities—but people are still the backbone of businesses. Sleep deprivation, stress, and burnout are adversely affecting the wellbeing of workers across all industries, directly impacting their overall performance. Combating this begins at all levels in an organization. Creating flourishing teams and organizations requires leaders who have embodied a new form of leadership to bring out the best in the people they lead.
This program goes beyond the remit of a standard educational offering to provide an experiential, immersive, and transformational leadership journey. By reimagining the nature of leadership, leadership with a basis in positive psychology boosts engagement and satisfaction, ensuring the wellbeing of teams and driving your business impact.

I definitely see the impact of helping my clients navigate through a business environment of increasing uncertainty (VUCA) and giving them the tools to feel more confident and in control of how they lead. In my personal life, I have also seen the impact of how I apply the teachings—being more aware; mindful; less judgmental; open to more views and perspectives; managing my personal posture by responding more than reacting. It has definitely been impactful in both my personal and professional life. Bobbie LaPorte Founder and CEO of Bobbie LaPorte & Associates Los Angeles, California Graduating class of 2017
