standards for even the most mundane of system components. Worthington
Industries is renowned nationwide for its legacy of upholding some of the highest
quality standards in every system and service.
FLAWLESS EXECUTION When it’s time to hit the field, there is no room for surprises or excuses. Our tight
project management, strong communication and lean manufacturing processes
mean that you get the system or equipment you need—on time, on spec and with
whatever level of installation support you request.
TOTAL AWARENESS While we only engineer, manufacture and install certain types of wellpad systems
and components—we engineer each one with an eye toward your operation’s
overall production system dynamics as a whole. Our customers never have to
worry about unexpected complications relating to system integration.
In every product or project,Worthington Industries delivers:
SEPARATIONEFFICIENCY

HIGH PERFORMANCE SEPARATORS
GAS PRODUCTION UNITS
HEATER TREATERS
OTHER FIELD SEPARATION PRODUCTS
The product of continual internal design refinements,
Worthington separators help you step up production
efficiency on the surface. Whether tackling high IP
with more confidence, meeting tough regulatory
specs or minimizing footprint—we can engineer units
for any operation or application.
Custom-engineered to any configuration, our GPUs
help maximize production while streamlining
installation with solid support along the way. Major
operators deploy Worthington Industries’ GPUs in
some of the nation’s largest gas fields because of
their relentless QC/QA measures, ongoing efficiency
and strategically located manufacturing centers.
Available in horizontal or vertical configurations, our
heater treaters let you ramp up throughput while
slashing Basic Sediment and Water (BS&W), footprint
and maintenance costs along the way. For example,
our 416 and 313 horizontal units replace up to two
conventional heater treaters.
Worthington is capable of providing practically any
field separation technology for your operation—
including the custom design of never-before
deployed systems.

SYSTEM TO YOUR FIELD. OUR PRODUCTS ARE BUILT
TO LAST—ENGINEERED TO SOME OF THE WORLD’S
HIGHEST QC/QA STANDARDS. AND ALL FABRICATED
AT STRATEGIC LOCATIONS NEARBY FOR ENSURED
ON-TIME DELIVERY.
When you spec our storage systems, you’re putting one of
the nation’s most respected names in tank manufacturing
on site. That means more flexibility of design, operational
peace of mind, environmental protection—and value added
throughout the life of the field. From initial front-end field
engineering support to installation and beyond, we work
with you to ensure total project success. We also offer
turnkey installation to make the whole process easy.
STEEL TANKS
FIBERGLASS TANKS
FRAC TANKS
Configurable to a variety of sizes, specs, shapes and
add-ons, our steel tanks help you better optimize
the economics of field storage over the long term.
Engineered to order and manufactured with state-of-
the-art welding systems, buyers of our steel tanks
know that specifying Worthington now means
avoiding hassles later.
Take the fight against corrosion to the field with our
long-lasting fiberglass storage tanks. Worthington’s
advanced filament winding process creates a
four-layer protective barrier—including a resin-rich
liner that’s 100 millimeters thick—to resist not only
corrosion but also UV rays from sunlight.
We also manufacture high-quality frac tanks custom
configured to your hydraulic fracturing operation. These
units are engineered and built with longevity in mind,
and able to be re-deployed several times to multiple
wellsites. Worthington can also handle all of the
transportation and setup of these units.
