Valentine’s Day Is for Everyone!Despite the common belief, you do not need to find
yourself in a committed relationship this Valentine’sDay in order to celebrate and enjoy the holiday. Theholiday allows an opportunity to demonstrate love andaffection for those who are important in your life, whether they are family or friends.
The holiday is a day of love, regardless if platonicor romantic.
Love and Chocolate“All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and
then doesn’t hurt.” —Charles M. Schulz

TV Reruns RechargeYour Brain
There’s a reason why you never gettired of watching reruns of your favoriteTV shows over and over again: It’srelaxing, and researchers say itrejuvenates your mental focus. Theycall it “reconsumption.” Because youknow what’s going to happen and arefamiliar with the characters, your braindoesn’t have to exert any effort in theinteraction like it does when viewingan episode you’ve never seen. You cansimply enjoy yourself whenreconsuming, which restores yourmental energy.
