In 1999, Woodbridge opened its first-ever tour program, tasting room and retail operation at the winery. Today, visitors from around the world visit Woodbridge to see where their favorite wine is made, and to learn about the lore and the history of Robert Mondavi.

The Visitors Center offers its guests the opportunity to taste wines not available in stores. Our staff seeks to educate our visitors about the science behind the wine, while demonstrating the art of winemakingwith our small lot program.

Our limited quantity Winemakers Selection and Section 29 wines are available ONLY at the Visitors Centers and through our Heritage Wine Club. These wines are hand made by our winemakers in small lots of 200 cases or less, and illustrate Robert Mondavi’s philosophy of food and wine together. Our wine club offers members a “Combo” club of red and white wines, an “All Red” club, and is one of the only wine clubs in the area that also offers an “All Sweet” option to its members. We also have a Sampler Club, with free shipping.

Explore our vineyards, experience the art of winemaking, and learn about the Lodi appellation through our tour programs. Public Tours are offered every day at 9:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. Our tour is the best way to experience the history of Lodi and our winery. Guests will learn how Robert Mondavi impacted the winegrape growing culture in Lodi by working with our 300 contracted wine growers, and transformed a small cooperative winery into the present day Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi brand, which produces 10 million cases annually and is distributed to 80 countries around the world. Private Tours are offered by appointment.

Enjoy our beautiful picnic grounds before or after the tour. Delicious gourmet box lunches are offered with advance reservations.

On-site Wine Educators will lead you through your Wine Tasting experience, with several options available. All tiers of wines availablefor tasting are exclusive to the tasting room: there is a $5.00 charge, and it is refundable with purchase.

The Woodbridge Visitors Center also offers a unique shoppingexperience for retail gifts and wine related merchandise. With oneof the largest selections of gift items in the area, we also have the ability to special order items for customers, because of our combined buying power with other tasting rooms within our company.

Several years ago, we built our Woodbridge Giving Garden. Inspired by Robert Mondavi’s philosophy of giving back to the community, we have donated over 40,000 lbs of fresh produce to the Stockton Emergency Food Bank and Grace & Mercy Charitable Foundation. We also adopt families each year through the Children’s Dream Works partnershipwith the Salvation Army, and hold food drives during the holidays forLodi Community Center. Most of our Woodbridge events are charitable fundraisers, and we have raised many thousands of dollars for theLodi Art Center, the Lodi Public Library Foundation, People Assistingthe Lodi Shelter and many more. We donate raffle prizes and auction items to over 300 charitable organizations each and every year.
