In the past, employee attendance and leave records, and shift schedules were kept in multiple platforms, including paper and electronic copies. This resulted in time-consuming administrative work for both HR and Accounting teams before processing the payroll on excel.

Teaching staff need to bring their students to different locations for theatre classes.
