THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED

The service system for older people is fragmented, its structure has not been reformed in accordance with national objectives, good practices are spreading slowly and regional differences are significant.

The implementation of informal care varies between different regions, services to support informal care are offered too seldom and they are not as versatile as such services should be.

OBJECTIVES OF THE KEY PROJECT

to ensure as healthy and able a life as possible for older people by providing services and multiprofessionalrehabilitation, and by enabling different forms of housing
