BY PLACING A BID(S) IN PERSON OR ONLINE YOUACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SALE.All Proxy / Absentee bids must be received no later than 4:00Eastern Standard Time on the day before the auction.All Bids (proxy OR on line) must be accompanied by a depositequal to or greater than twenty five percent (25%) of your totalbids. BALANCE OF PAYMENT: If you are a successful on line orproxy bidder an invoice will be emailed to you the evening ofthe auction. The balance indicated on the invoice must bereceived via wire transfer by 12:00 NOON on THE DAYAFTER THE AUCTION. In the event this sum is NOT received,your deposit may be subject to immediate forfeiture, withoutrecourse of any kind and the awarded item(s) sold to anotherparty.

REFUND: In the event the Proxy / On line Bidder is notsuccessful, the deposit amount shall be returned via the samemethod in which it was tendered within five business days of theauction date. NOTE: If you wire us a deposit and want itreturned via wire, you must email or fax us your wire transferinformation, we cannot "reverse" a wire.

SALES TAX. Sales tax will be charged and collected by RandyL. Fridkis Auctions, LLC on all purchases, as required by theappropriate state and local laws. To be exempt from sales tax,the "Bidder" must present a sales tax exemption number andlocally required documents acceptable to the state in which theitems are located. To qualify for any available exemption, theBidder must sign any form required by Randy L. FridkisAuctions, LLC. Out of State purchasers will not be responsiblefor sales tax, as long as your trucker provides a straight bill oflading showing shipment out of state via common carrier.

ADDITION TO OR WITHDRAWAL FROM SALE. Randy L.Fridkis Auctions, LLC reserves the right: (a) to withdraw fromthe sale any item or items; (b) to add and sell any item or itemsnot listed; (c) to group one or more items or lots into one ormore selling lots; (d) to subdivide any lots into two or moreselling lots; and (e) to sell any/all of items listed in bulk.

CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD. All information is believed tobe accurate, but Randy L. Fridkis Auctions, LLC; (a) shall notbe responsible for the correct description, authenticity,




genuineness of, or any defect in, any item or lot; and (b) makeno warranty in connection therewith. No allowances will bemade or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error incataloging or any other imperfection not noted. REMOVAL: Your purchases will be available for as indicated inthe auction catalog or as announced at the auction. Removal isthe responsibility of the purchaser, no labor or equipment will beprovided.The successful bidder(s) shall be responsible for removal of allwon lots from the auction site. Riggers, companies or individualsdisconnecting and / or moving equipment from the site will berequired to supply a certificate of liability insurance in anamount no less than One Million Dollars per occurrence.
