Spring Picture Day is Coming!

6th Grade Parents: We will be using your child’s spring picture for their promotion certificate. Please have your

child dress accordingly.

For the 2016-2017 school year, all students entering 7th grade will need proof of a TDAP booster shot before starting

school. To ensure that all students are vaccinated prior to

starting 7th grade, please do one of the following. Take your child’s shot record to your doctor or clinic, get

the required immunizations, and then bring the updat-ed immunization record to school.

If your child has already received the required immuniza-

tions, bring the shot record to your child’s elemen-tary school of attendance.

If your child cannot have immunizations for medical reasons, you must provide a waiver specific for Tdap that must be signed by your doctor to the school. Your student will not be allowed to attend 7th grade without the Pertussis (Tdap) immunization. The shot record must be complete to attend school. Please complete this as soon as possible.

Coming in April!
