Arrival/Dismissal Procedures
When arriving for the show, please report to the office and sign out your child(ren).
Make sure you receive a dismissal pass for each child and then report to the hall.
After the show, we will dismiss campers as we collect the dismissal passes.
For parents who cannot attend the show but plan on staying for the bash, please park in
the parking lot and then report to canteen so you can have your child(ren)’s name(s)
called for dismissal. Then proceed to the office to sign them out and pick them up.
If you cannot attend the show and bash, please park in the causeway and follow the
same procedures in the last bullet.
If you have any questions, please see parking attendant.
Camp Auxilium “Spectacular” Show
Our show begins at 3 PM in the hall. Please review the list below to see what your camper
needs for their performance.
Learning Center: “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” – Please wear a baseball cap and
baseball tshirt if you have one.
Boys’ Camp: “Pharaoh, Pharaoh” Wear a red shirt if you have one.
Girls’ Camp: Group 11 – “Are You Ready for Some Football” – Please wear football shirts or jerseys if you have them. Group 13 – “Centerfield” – Please wear blue shirts and a baseball hat Group 15 – “We’re All in This Together” – Please wear red. Group 17 – “Jump” – Please prepare to wear your bathing suit, shorts over your bathing suit and your swim cap. Group 18 – “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” – Please wear Green Group 19/20 – “Eye of the Tiger” – Please wear a black or white shirt.
