Especially when manufacturing implant
restorations it is important to optimally adjust
components to one another. From the software for
planning the position of the implant, to analogues
for capturing already placed implants, titanium
bases and Multi Unit Abutments or blanks with a
pre-milled implant connection: we produce and
develop everything on our own. All components
are available for more than 100 implant systems
and are included into vast libraries fully integrated
in our Zirkonzahn.Software. With the Zirkonzahn

Thanks to the extremely precise geometry of the Scanmarkers and with the aid of the software, it is possible to accurately capture the implant’s position and
alignment and to calculate your restoration with very high precision. The Scanmarkers are made from highly resistant stainless steel and can therefore be used
several times.

White Scanmarker are especially suitable for an application in the patient’s mouth. Since the geometry of the White Scanmarker is held extremely small,
a scanmarker can be positioned for each implant, despite them being positioned very deeply in the gingiva or closely together.

SCANANALOGS
The ScanAnalogs unite the funcion of a laboratory analogue with the one of a scanmarker. In their role as laboratory analogue they replicate the exact position
and orientation of the implant. Their optimised geometry makes it possible to scan them and to directly insert them into the negative impression of the full-arch.

TITANIUM BASES
The use of titanium bases for the manufacturing of dental prostheses offers a lot of advantages compared to structures which have been directly screwed on the
implant. Due to the transverse forces appearing during masticatory movements, the zirconia structures are highly stressed. The use of titanium bases reduce
the force impact on the titanium structure. We generally recommend the use of titanium bases for all screw-retained implant structures, particularly though
for those in the anterior tooth region, as the transverse forces of the masticatory movement are especially strong there. Thanks to their reduced geometry, our
Narrow Titanium Bases are especially suitable for the anterior tooth region.

All Zirkonzahn titanium bases are available with a high quality gold plating. The gold coating increases the bio-compatibility and the golden shade reduces the
grey value of the entire restoration.
Moreover, the titanium bases can also be anodised in different colours using the Zirkonzahn Titanium Spectral-Colouring Anodizer. The high biocompatibility of
the material titanium remains unchanged.

CONICAL CEMENTED TITANIUM BASES NON HEX
The Conical Cemented Titanium Bases NON HEX without anti-rotation device are ideal for the manufacturing of bridges consisting of various elements.
The titanium bases are designed as short and conical as possible, which facilitates the insertion of the restoration into the mouth. Spiral grooves located on
the surface increase the contact area and ensure optimum adhesion of the cement.

SOFTWARE APPLICATION
Our software supports more than 100 implant systems and always designs the bars in relation to the secondary structure. The two software modules “Bars”
and “Occlusally Screwed Bridges” complement each other impeccably, giving technicians extensive operational freedom. Any kind of restoration from
simple copings to 14-unit occlusally screw-retained full-contour zirconia bridges is possible. With our milling units it is furthermore possible to mill the entire
restoration quickly and without problems directly in one’s own laboratory.

suitable materials and appropriate parameters
