I vantaggi generali dei sistemi IN-LINE nel processo diestrusione/termoformatura di contenitori di imballaggiotermoplastici sono:- altissime produttività per prodotti a basso peso; - elevato risparmio energetico (si elimina l’energia necessaria per

Le nuove termoformatrici off-line di questa gamma rappresentanouna soluzione efficiente e tecnologicamente avanzata per latermoformatura di vassoi, vaschette, piatti, coperchi e imballaggi variin qualsiasi materiale termoplastico (PVC, OPS, HIPS, EPS, PET,PLA, PP, ETC).Le macchine, con azionamenti esclusivamente elettrici, sonomodulari e permettono il cambio rapido delle attrezzatureconsentendo di produrre economicamente anche piccoli lotti diproduzione.Numerosissime soluzioni tecniche e tecnologiche per ogni fase delciclo di lavoro sono disponibili per questa serie di macchine insiemead una vasta gamma di accessori. The new series of off-line thermoforming machines is the advancedand efficient solution for the thermoforming of trays, tubs, plates, lidsand packaging made of a wide range of thermoplastic materials(such as: PVC, OPS, HIPS, EPS, PET, PLA, PP, ETC).The machines are fully operated by electric drive and their modularconstruction enables the fast change of the moulds and in this wayalso small production lots can be economically produced.A lot of technical and technological solutions per each working cycleare available for this series of thermoforming machine, as well as awide range of accessories. The stacking unit is available with partition panel boards forlongitudinal or transversal extraction of the thermoformed article orwith very fast and accurate robotized systems, which are an effectivealternative to the traditional stacking system.

Several solutions are available for the end-lineautomation (product collection section).

Tutti i cinematismi che governano ilfunzionamento della macchina sono elettrici gestiti da PLC.

This new series of off-line / in-line thermoforming machines is theefficient and advanced solution for the thermoforming of cups,plates, containers, lids, ice-cream tubs, yogurt cups and variouspackaging, for which high quality and dimension accuracy of theproduct is required. These machines are suitable for thethermoforming of a wide range of thermoplastic materials, such asPVC, GPPS, HIPS, PET, PLA, PP, ETC.The range includes thethermoforming machines with simultaneous forming and cuttingstation, single lower tilting platen and following stacking, rimming,

counting and conveying station (FTV series and AMP series). A lotof stacking solutions (some of which are patented) are available, aswell as a wide range of accessories. All models belonging to thisrange can be also configured for the in-line version, by including theextrusion and/or coextrusion unit with polishing and thermocontrolcalender manufactured by AMUT.

FTV SERIESVersion with forming/in-mould vertical cutting technology andseparate stacking station.Low-cost series including very flexible machines suitable formedium-small output, sturdy and reliable construction with verticalpress driven by cam mechanical system and relevant kinematicmotion operated by PLC.

PA-FL SERIESVersion with forming/in-mould vertical cutting technology andintegrated stacking station.Single station thermoforming machine with forming cycle by vacuumoperation only, mainly dedicated to the production of HIPS platesand trays. The electric kinematic motions for the machine operationare operated by PLC.

AMP SERIESVersion with forming/in-mould cutting technology, with mould tiltingplaten and separate stacking station. Mechanical synchronism of thelower tilting platen and new technical solutions are the exclusivecharacteristics of this model, granting reliable and versatileproduction.

i Tutte le macchine termoformatrici sono gestite da un innovativosistema di controllo computerizzato, l’interfaccia operatore èposizionato direttamente su una console collegata tramite bracciomobile alla struttura della macchina. Consente un’operativitàsemplificata ed una gestione del processo ottimale garantendo uncontrollo di qualità del prodotto certificabile. Il software di supervisione (window base) di nuova concezioneinteramente sviluppato da AMUT è composto da:- pagina grafica con vista generale della macchina, dalla quale si

accede alle sottopagine relative alle singole unità. Visualizzazione dello stato dei principali motori e visualizzazione comune a tutte le pagine delle grandezze significative di funzionamento: velocità, correnti, dati di produzione;

- gestione computerizzata della termoregolazione dei riscaldatori (e dell’imbocco foglia), con visualizzazione delle singole zone, soft-start e controllo automatico delle resistenze, pagina grafica di consultazione delle temperature e campi numerici del set-point, valore reale, e potenza di uscita di ogni singola zona;

- pagina grafica per gestione elettronica della regolazione e divaricazione dei longheroni di trasporto foglia e della posizione di lavoro della pressa e dell’impilatore;

- pagina degli allarmi secondo normative ISA con memorizzazione della data, ora dell’anomalia, del riconoscimento da parte dell’operatore e della fine dell’anomalia;

- pagina dei parametri tecnologici di lavoro impostabili e memorizzabili per utilizzo futuro, con controllo min-max sull’impostazione e modifica consentita con accesso protetto da password;

- pagina manutenzione programmata e visualizzazione delle ore totali di funzionamento;

- pagina di controllo della produzione con registrazione dei pezzi prodotti e tempi di start/stop per turno di lavoro;

- memorizzazione oraria / giornaliera su files in formato Excel dei dati importanti per il processo produttivo: temperature, velocità, correnti ecc., in una directory prefissata e possibilità di salvataggio dei dati su floppy disk o consultabili direttamente attraverso rete;

- possibilità di stampa di tutte le pagine su stampante.Possibilità di connessione via modem con l’ausilio di linea telefonicadedicata per assistenza ed analisi diagnostiche (opzionale).

GESTIONE ELETTRONICA

All thermoforming machines are controlled by means of aninnovative computerized control system interfaced with theoperator. The control board is directly installed on a consoleconnected through movable arm to the structure of the machine.The control system stands out for its friendly operation andoptimized management of the process and ensures the top qualityof the product and its certification.The supervision software (window base) of new conception hasbeen fully developed by AMUT and includes following functions:

• graphic page with the layout of the line, with access to the under pages relative to each unit. Display of the operation conditions of the main motors and common display for all pages for the most important operation parameters: speed, current, production data;computerized management of the heaters thermoregulation (and sheet inlet), display of each heating zone, soft-start and automatic heaters control, flow-charts for temperatures and set-point numerical fields, effective value and outlet power of each zone;

• flow-chart for the electronic control of the adjustment and opening of the longerons for sheet transportation and for the control of the working position of both press and stacker;

• alarms page according to ISA standards, with storage of date and time of the occurred trouble, trouble identification by the operator and trouble ending;

• page of the technological working parameters that allows their setting up and storage, min.-max. control for recording and modification through access protected by password;page for the preset maintenance and display of the total working hours;

• page of the production control with recording of the produced pieces and start/stop times per working shift;

• hourly /daily storage on files, Excel format, of the most important processing data: temperatures, speed, current etc, in a prefixed directory, possibility to save the data on floppy disk or direct consultation from the network;

• possibility to print all pages.Possibility of modem link to a dedicated phone line for assistanceand remote diagnosis (optional).

Bordatrici per articoli tronco conici.Sono unità elettromeccaniche adatte alla bordatura dei bicchieri inHIPS o PP dopo che il contenitore è stato tranciato.Questa lavorazione generalmente completa il ciclo produttivo ed èprincipalmente composta da:- nastro di alimentazione;- forno di riscaldamento a raggi infrarossi; - sistema di viti bordanti termocondizionate tramite una centralina

di termoregolazione apposita.

Preriscaldatore per foglia in PPad aria calda, in camera chiusa e coibentata.Da inserire tra lo svolgitore e la termoformatrice OFF-LINE.Adatto esclusivamente per foglia in PP.
