Schedule for Imperial BarBar ServeryThe existing bar servery will be retained and redecorated, becoming a vibrant focal point for customers entering the bar. It will be updated with a new backfitting to create a contemporary industrial look and feel. Works will include:• Sanding and restaining the bar counter.• Installing a new back bar fitting with steel shelving and lighting to illuminate the improved drinks range.• Reconfiguring the layout of the servery, allowing for a small area to produce bar snacks and coffee.• Installing a brand new coffee machine to support the improved coffee offer. • Applying brick slips on the rear face for a stripped-back effect. • Installing drop pendant lights over the servery for an ambient effect. • Adding an attractive bronze bridge font to the servery. • Cladding the bar front in traditional-style fielded panels with applied mouldings. • Installing a new brass foot rail.• Laying non-slip Altro flooring inside the servery. Trade AreaThe Interior trade area will be completely refurbished with a mixture of exposed and industrial finishes, establishing a vibrant and lively atmosphere throughout. It will become the perfect space to enjoy a casual drink or bite to eat with friends or family. Works will include: • Sanding and staining the existing timber flooring. • Cleaning and re-grouting the floor tiles around the bar and entrance vestibule. • Incorporating an eclectic mix of seating including sharing tables, booths and poseur fixed seating, finished in a variety

of polished hardwood and warm fabrics. • Adding feature panelling to the wall opposite the servery, with Anaglypta paper within the panels and painted

traditional mouldings. • Creating a coombed ceiling to the front area clad in brick slips, with lime mortar pointing and matt epoxy sealant. • Distressing the existing dado panelling and overpainting to finish. • Stripping all wall linings above dado height, wire brushing the existing stone walls, re-pointing and sealing with matt

finish epoxy stone sealant. • Retaining one of the existing AWP machines. • Installing a new row of fixed seating to the rear wall with a low bolster back detail, upholstered in a warm-coloured

leather. • Adding new infilled hardwood cills to the rear windows. • Adding feature hanging lights to the space.• Finishing the space with framed artwork and intriguing interior design items, including antique glassware in distressed

cabinets. Ladies ToiletsThe existing ladies toilets will be retained and decorated in line with the pub’s contemporary look and feel. Works will include:• Reconfiguring the entrance to the toilets. • Adding a new stylish fixed chez with removable seating pad. • Installing new vanity units. • Laying new black and white chequered floor tiles. • Adding wall tiling to dado height with finished plasterboard above. • Finishing the space with ambient lighting and decorative interior items. Gents ToiletsThe gents toilets will be redecorated in line with the industrial yet premium feel of the pub.
