Our goal is to evaluate, What the healthy
fast food is in general, and if they offerhealthy choices, then to urge the
public atlarge to choose healthier choices when
theystep into a fast food restaurant.
Fast food: Foods designed for ready availability, use or consumption and sold at eating establishments for quick availability or take-out.
To get a better understand of it– KFC, Mac Donald’s & Pizza Hut are good examples.
A new survey in the UK reveals that:- Presence of high level of salt within fast food. - Many consumers boycott these fast food because of health risks.- A Pizza Hut meal deal had the worst levels
of salt.

The majority of students surveyed knows that that over-consumption of fast food has a negative impact on their health, but still choose to consume fast food.

Fast food is very popular among the teenagers because it’s both tasty and convenient.
- We know that fast foods have a negative impact on our health, but we still choose to consume fast foods at least once a month. Students aged 13 to

The obesity levels are increasing. Major cause of heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. Worldwide, about 22
million children under age five are estimated to be obese or overweight.
High sodium intake (French Fries) is associated with higher blood pressure.
Foods containing sugars and starch can promote tooth decay.
Keep portion sizes small GO GREEN–order a side salad with your
sandwich instead of fries eat fruits and vegetables, in which they
are rich in potassium and may help decrease blood pressure.
Choose foods with less amount of salts.
We have proven that fast food chains do offer healthy choices on their menus, though some are unhealthy (eg. Fries), and the choice lies in the hand of consumers, hence we have to choose wisely and our reasons are as follow:
1. In recent years, fast food restaurant are increasingly more inclined to the healthier side. Examples are the introduction of apple dippers, more vegetables in Mac Donalds and corn cup.
2. However unhealthy choices such as fries and soft drinks are still present. Knowing these food poses a threat to our health, we should avoid them.
Conclusion
Because Healthy food leads to healthy living. So eat good, Live good.
