IMPACT 100 PENSACOLA BAY AREA LETTER OF INTENT & GRANT APPLICATION ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

To access Community Force software visit https://impact100pensacola.communityforce.com or www.impact100pensacola.org

1. You can either click on the home page slider which will take you to the page below or you can choose the Nonprofits tab and then Letter of Intent tab to get to this screen. Here you will find some important information about updates. When you’re ready to start your LOI, choose the CLICK HERE link. Which will take you to the Community Force software log in page.

2. You may enter login credentials established in a previous year or select “Create New Account” if

you are a new user.

3. If creating a new account, enter the information requested on the “Create New User” screen.

4. Log in with your previous or new login credentials and you will be taken to a screen similar to the one shown below.

Select “View All Grants” to access the “2019 IMPACT 100 Letter of Intent and Grant Application”.

If you have applied for previous grants, you can see these grant applications, dating back to 2015, listed under the “My Applications” tab.

5. Select “Continue with Application”.

6. The next screen will pose four questions. Please answer and select “Submit”.

7. This is your “Dashboard” where you will access the “Letter of Intent” now and your Grant Application in May. Your work can be saved, allowing you to start, stop, and return at your convenience.

8. Selecting “Letter of Intent” from your “Dashboard” opens the screen shown below.

9. Upon completing all items, select “Save & Return to Dashboard” at the bottom of the screen.

10. Once the “Letter of Intent” is 100% complete, please select “Final Review and Submit” from the

“Dashboard”.

11. You will be asked to review your Letter of Intent and confirm that you are ready to submit it.

Choose “Continue with Review”. This will give you the option to review your letter of intent/application and if you are satisfied with the review, click on either the box at the top of the page or the bottom of the page and then hit “Submit”. Remember once it is submitted you can’t make any changes to the information. IF you find you do want to make some changes, instead of agreeing to the statement that you are ready to submit, choose the Cancel & Exit option which will take you back to your dashboard. There you will make all the changes and then repeat steps 10 -11 to “Submit”.

Remember if you make changes or corrections to repeat steps 10 and 11 to submit your application.

12. You will receive an email notification that your Letter of Intent has been submitted..

13. Once your Letter of Intent has been verified, you will receive another email stating that you can

begin your grant application. Expect this email sometime in the first two weeks of May.

14. When you next log in to the IMPACT 100 Grants application your screen will look similar to

the one shown below. Select a section of your application to get started. Information can be saved, allowing you to start or stop work at your convenience. All sections must reflect 100% complete on this “Dashboard” before selecting “Final Review and Submit”.
