MANAGEMENT

Tony’s music video credits include Madonna, Janet

Jackson, Tom Petty, Sting, Michael Jackson, Paula

Abdul, Bee Gees, George Michael, Tina Turner, Peter

Gabriel and many more. Tony was a co-founder of

Palomar Pictures, one of North America’s largest

music television companies in the 1990s, which

became a division of Warner Music Group. His

interactive music project credits include Executive

Producer of “Virtual Guitar featuring Aerosmith”; EP

“Kiss that Frog” Ride Film for Peter Gabriel (Winner

MTV Best Special Effects); Creator and EP of Video

Mods for MTV2 (2 seasons); Creator and EP of

Yahoo! Music Artist Mods sponsored by GM. Tony

has made dozens of motion captured, animated 3D

videos for artists such as Korn, Lil Wayne, Sean Paul,

Billy Idol, and the Black Eyed Peas. He has been EP

and CEO of a SF Mobile Game studio with credits

including Star Wars, Spongebob, Thomas the Tank

and more. He has multiple top ranking iOS and

Android game credits, including #1 Book App

(Sesame Street) and #1 Kids Game UK (Arthur

Christmas) as well as deep experience with the

technology and business intelligence of DLC.

TONY SHIFF CEO

Deane has more than 20 years of music industry

senior management experience, encompassing

operations, financial management, financial analysis,

strategic planning, business development and M&A.

Deane joined CBS Inc. as Director, Mergers &

Acquisitions, overseeing Music, Film and Broadcasting

activity. He later moved to Warner Music Group as

SVP, Strategic Planning & Business Development,

investing $500mm in recorded music, music

publishing, digital music services, video games and

video programming. He then moved to Zomba/Jive

Records, a division of BMG Music, functioning as the

COO, responsible for the label’s operations, finance,

business development and administrative functions.

After merging with RCA, Deane became EVP, New

Ventures for BMG Label Group, where he developed

new businesses in merchandising and music

publishing, and launched a direct-to-consumer website

for Zomba Gospel. Most recently, Deane was CFO of

Placewise Media, an operator of digital advertising

networks, responsible for Corporate Development,

Finance and Administration.

Relations

Norman began his career working for the legendary

Sugar Hill/Chess Records where he was the Executive

Producer, in charge of reissues for Chess Records.

He was hired at MTV Networks, where he created

television content including “MTV Fashionably Loud”.

As Head of Programming for VH1, he created the

shows “VH1 Honors” and “Behind the Music”. Norman

was recruited by DDB Worldwide Communications to

direct their entertainment and integrated marketing

initiatives for Pepsi, EMI, Hershey and McDonalds. At

Cablevision/Rainbow Media he was the Head of

Programming and Production for the music channels

Much Music USA, Fuse and Rave HD, where his

series included “Fuse Daily Download”, “Fuse Four

Play” and the marketing campaign “Save the Music

Video”. Norman has also served as Founder of Lat34,

an AOL company, and the Kitchen Opera Company, a

marketing concept for food and wine.

LAUNCH TEAM

Troy has been UI Lead Programmer and Programmer

on many iOS and Android mobile games. Titles

include Atari’s Outlaw (Top 25 App Store Game);

Sesame Street: Another Monster at the End of this

Book (#1 App Store Book); Giant Realms (a resource

management game); Furious Racing (2D racing

game); Yahoo! Bingo; and the original Android port of

the best-selling game, Megajump. Troy has years of

Unity experience, as well as deep knowledge of the

Android operating system and its implementation

across devices since its first release.

TROY VISINEAU

Toby spent several years as an UI/UX Designer at

Zynga as a UI/UX Designer on titles such as Mafia

Wars. He also participated in their quick-start teams,

doing rapid prototyping of new game concepts. Prior

to this, Toby worked for Electronic Arts on the Sims 3

game, where his tasks included designing ways to

make seemingly tedious tasks within the game feel

simple and fun, as well as creating the intro player

tutorial and unique game icons. Toby started his

career as a 3D modeler for the Sims and other games.

STUDIOS

Started by console industry veterans making an early

transition to mobile in 2010, FWS has developed and

shipped dozens of major titles on iOS and Android.

Partners and clients include Lucasarts (Star Wars);

Sesame Street; Thomas the Tank; Atari; Glu; ngMoco;

Yahoo!; Pepsico; Animal Planet; SGN; Sony Pictures

(Arthur Christmas) and more. Its games include a

variety of genres, from educational to racing to

shooters and resource management, and the

company has been releasing Unity products since

2012. Currently FWS is entering the third year of

supporting Nickelodeon’s flagship game, Spongebob

Moves In (#1 Game worldwide, July 2015) on its

Games-As-A-Service platform, Soaring Wisdom. This

fully customizable system manages the work of OTA

updates, Player Profiles and Inventories, Multiplayer

mode, and many other functions. The platform has

handled over 5 Million unique users to date, across

multiple titles.
